I order 12 piece meal in the drive-thru. The cashier Carissa was not paying attention, she was busy talking to another employee, had to repeat my order 3 times, then I waited 30 min to get my order and when I ask for some utensils, Carissa said "you have to wait because we are really busy" when I arrived home I got hard skin burned chicken and the mashed potato was like dough. Terrible service and the food as well.
Horrible service. Horrible portions. If you can go to any other El pollo loco. Please go to a different one in a different location.
I ordered on the app then picked up. They forgot 2 of my items. Lucky I knew from ordering from them before to check my order. They got my items. Then I told them I needed house Salsa after saying I gave it to you rudely. I showed her she had not. She tossed 2 to me. Then my double chicken salad had 6 pieces on it and no avocado. I live El Pollo but this location does a bad job!!
Drive-through took for ever only 2 cars in front of me. Had me wait the speaker to order for about 5 minutes messed up my order paid for extra meet didn't get it and they charged me for it I didn't even bother going bck this was my first and last time at this location..
The chicken and sides we're very good and they were very generous with the sauces and condiments. They remembered to give napkins and plastic flatware.
worst el polo loco I've been too. the staff is inattentive, they mess up your order, and they always run out of salsa but dont tell you until after you've paid.

Just walked in here wasn't addressed for 10 minutes. Mind you there was at least 7 people working. They looked me and my family in the face and never said a word until I had to peak my head behind the counter and say hello I need to place a order. I decided to not even order and leave. I have my diabetic daughter and husband with me. However after never being address I decided to take my business elsewhere. Horrible service wise I could've given a 0
I was trying 2 figure out what I was going 2 eat 4 dinner & saw El Pollo Loco & decided 2 stop!!! The food was nice & hot & they had a New side cilantro cauliflower rice, so I ordered it & beans & buttery corn it was delicious!!! I had 2 wash My hands & the restroom was spotless !! I was surprised & happy!!!
