My friends got the food but when they brought it to me it was really good.
Never lets you down! Great price for amazing chicken! Only one incident where I find the chicken was not exactly cooked however 30s in the microwave and all the juice pour out
Drive through says lobby closed, so go inside to order. We wait for several minutes with multiple staff walking by and not acknowledging us. Finally several minutes later when multiple other people walk in and start waiting, someone comes from the back to tell us they're closed. At 6pm, with the listed time as 10pm.
I ordered a 3 piece mixed chicken combo, which included 2 sides, and a drink. I added 3 honey-butter biscuits.I asked for all dark meat, 2 legs and 1 thigh. My 2 sides were both mac and cheese.I received 1 leg and 2 breast. Mac and cheese was edible, but sauce was a watery texture. I did not receive honey-butter biscuits as ordered, just plain biscuits, that were very dry, which I was unaware Church's even sold.My order was not available upon arrival.Unfortunately this particular Church's always delivers poor quality food, and often incorrect orders.
Waiting to Too long for the spicy pieces. This store takes me almost 30 mins for the spices EVERY TIME. The management team should be aware this.
I gave it the 2 stars cause it's churchs chicken we all know the reformed felon making my chicken ain't taking smack or no lip from you the customer .

Have had better service by the other location in same area. Drive thru was slow I thought it was closed as I drove away I hear something and go back , n yes their there now. Lol only 2 size of drink regular and Large. No medium ? Food was about same. Love This Chicken. And Biscuit. Mac n Cheese also.
These chicken at this particular store are very well made, not Greasy, made perfect everytime I visit, my #1 spot for fried chicken
The customer service was excellent the young lady who helped me out the windows kind and courteous
