Honestly one of the worst run fast food establishments I have ever been to. The dining area is virtually never open (important to know for pickup orders) and the employees pretty much get to do whatever they want with no consequences. My theory is that the manager has been dead for months now and the employees just never told anyone and started running the place themselves. Honestly that's really the only acceptable theory.
Food is OK but the place needs some double scrub cleaning.! The staff is nice and the place is always empty. Too many homeless people stop by and they are sometimes verbally intimidating. The DPSS is just in front of this restaurant and unfortunately, the clientele brings issues with them . The floor outside is dirty and filthy. But if you are hungry you’d better eat here because there is not another fast food restaurant on “Scenic Holt Ave”
I wouldn't give this place any stars if I could. The wait was not worth the quality of food.I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon no onions thankfully there was no onions.. but who cares about the over priced charged cheese and bacon the fries were cold and the bred was stale... There was two inappropriate women standing right by the door to return my food that would make it confrontational to enter if you didn't give them money. I can't believe I had to practically fist fight someone to enter an establishment just to get my order right. No thank you burger king keep my 18 dollars I go home safely which is 6 hrs away.
I don't know why burger king is not that popular like the other fast food places, I liked more than MD or DT and is very cheap compared with the other ones.
Way expensive 13.00 for a Whooper combo that's ridiculous never having Burger King again not worth the price.
Stop by while on the road working for Caltrans nice quick lunch clean friendly staff stop by and get a burger to dine-in or take-out Norwalk Raider out
Drive thru fast and convenient, staff is friendly and helpful. No shakes n I wanted one. Settled for a sundae. Rodeo burger n onion rings. Good all.
burger meat was cold, asked for light sauce and got extra sauces
BE AWARE!! Their male/unisex bathroom is unable to lock from inside. Anyone who knows password is able to open your bathroom door while you’re using bathroom. THIS HAPPENED TO ME!!!
Use to be a good place with good service. Place has gone down. Even dining room wasn't open during the hours it posted. Dumb sign at front door as well. It said restroom for customers only, which I agree with, but would need the door open for anybody to use it.
