Really fresh and so delicious. I got the half and half momo and chicken chili with medium spice. Heat was just right. Chicken is super juicy and tender. Momo comes with two yummy sauces, chili sauce and their homemade dipping sauce that was even better. I had a dinner for two of us and leftovers for my lunch. That cost $29 with tax.Vegetarian options: Momo (dumplings) are offered in veggie and super yummy.Parking: Parking lot right in front
So far the best momos in California!Chicken chili with plain rice was a different combination to try but tasted really good. A suggestion ask them to keep some gravy/sauce in chicken chili so that it doesn’t taste dry with the rice. I would highly recommend this place!
Just 3 words. BEST RESTAURANT EVER. I am a huge dumpling fan and got tired of eating the frozen ones. Heard about this place and decided to try it with my family. I must say, the place is clean and the food is really tasty. We ordered the Veg dumplings, Veg Chowmein and Veg Fried Rice. Out of the three, we didn’t like the fried rice but everything else was spot on for the mouth. Also take the Lime Soda. It’s a killer.
The chicken momos were so good. Fried rice too. The Chili chicken had STRONG spice levels and made me wish I got the white rice to go with it, but was tasty as well. *Utilize the bell at the front desk to place an order at the front counter. Don't just stand there for 5 min like I did lol
Stood there for probably 5 minutes unacknowledged. Walked out. I feel like the only good Everest momos are the food trucks. Don’t go to the restaurants and if you do just do take out, ambiance is basically non existent
Food served was very stale. Momos were bland and chilli chicken was extremely spicy (even though we asked it to be medium spicy).
Naam chain Nepal ko, khaana chain Chinese? Literally nothing tasted like Nepali food. Worst Nepali restaurant I have ever been to.
Ordered 3 chicken Mimi’s along with veggie fried rice and chilli chicken. Only got 2 orders of the monk’s even though I was charged for 3. Chilli chicken was soggy. Fried rice quantity was surprisingly small. Food was tasty.Subsequently the owner went out of his way to make this mistake right. It is not everyday that restaurants even care - let alone make an effort to make things right. The quality of the chicken momo's were very good. Will definitely be back. Changing my rating based on their follow-up and Customer Service !!
Maybe it was a bad Saturday when we decided to walk in.. staff wasn't very helpful and food wasn't very good. They have a pretty small menu and we ordered one of each type of dish - chow main, fried rice, chili chicken, and momos. All were pretty spicy, but not really flavorful otherwise. We were not greeted when we came in even though we were the only customers. The food came on small paper plates spilling onto a cafeteria tray they handed out from the counter. We realized we didn't have utensils when we sat down and it was difficult to get anyone's attention to bother them for some (they ended up being in a cup near a water dispenser). I asked if we could get water from the dispenser and this seemed to bother the service person, but he gave me a single water bottle for us to share with our meal. They didn't have any large takeout boxes and only gave 2 small ones which wasn't really enough to fit everything. Oh and I don't think they were running the heat that day as it was almost as cold in the dining room as it was outside on very cold evening.
Very interesting food which was delicious and I'm telling everyone. Eat here for something different. Chilli chicken w. Rice very good.
