atención de calidad y servicio muy cordial y acogedor, excelente comida y muy buenos meseros! super recomendable éste restaurante!
Ordered carside. Pulled up and none of the car side spaces were vacant so we parked and waited for one to open and pulled in when it did several minutes later. 40min went by. Decided to go inside and check. Order was ready but it had been sitting for at least 20-30min. One dish was entirely cold and the other barely warm. Wanting to get home sooner rather than later, we requested the cold meal be remade and they said they'd remake it. 15min go by and she comes back out and says "we reheated it".Service was obviously severely lacking. We gave up and came home with the food. The food was rubbish as expected. We won't be returning. Even on a busy day and/or weekend, this can't be excused.
We have been eating here for years at this location and the quality of food is definitely not consistent. :( We love coming here but the main entrees are not that good. This is for our 4/18/22 visit late lunch time..::PROS-great appetizers and they always taste good-love the Caesar salad, fried zucchini, spinach dip, fried Mac cheese-excellent service here-cheesecakes are still delicious as alwaysCONS-chicken Romano isn’t good anymore. The pasta tastes super undercooked and not even Al dente. The chicken was over cooked burned that it tasted dry. We returned it back for a refund bc it wasn’t good. So disappointing bc that used to be our favorite dish here.-I’m torn on the sweet tamales bc they’re good, but getting on the mushy side now. I love sauces but they drown it too much with sour cream. Shocker coming from me bc I love my sauces and sour cream!
I would recommend it to others. It’s a great place to dine.
My mother loves Cheesecake Factory! For her 73rd birthday I decided to make a reservation!
I ordered in person for take out dinner. The food and the cheesecakes were as good as in any other Cheesecake Factories. The main reason I am writing this review is because of the extra kindness of the cashier at the restaurant’s bakery department who took my order during a very busy Saturday early evening. The receipt I got after I paid for my order stated the name of the cashier is Deandre. He is a very kind gentleman and he knows good customer service.
Went for the 1st time after covid. Food and service were both good as usual.
Haven't been to a cheesecake factory in years but was visiting Stoneridge Mall and thought grabbing a slice to go would be in order. Around 4pm so figured I would get in before dinner rush and I did but line was still long and even with 5 people behind the cheesecake section still quite a wait. The cheesecake is good though ?
Food is delicious. Nothing complaint about the food. Service is kinda unacceptable. The server is either new, or distracted by something. I believe the latter one. It is ok, low quality service = lower tips.
Extremely bad experience. STAY AWAY from this place! We went here to celebrate a birthday. It took 30 minutes in spite of having a reservation to get seated. I had personally called ahead to confirm that they would hold our reservations even if we were 10 mins late. Hostess didn't provide any napkins and silverware. Wait staff took our order and brought out drinks, still no silverware. When we asked for silverware, he just came and handed us forks and quickly walked away but didn't give any napkins. Hubby went looking for the waiter who asked him to talk to the manager. Hubby found and talked to the manager, Sami, who brought us napkins a few mins later. Husband had informed the waiter that he had talked to the manager on his way back to the table. Manager came and lectured my husband about not being "aggressive" at the wait staff while himself being "aggressive" toward my husband. I talked to the manager, explained the whole experience, but he started explaining that my husband was being aggressive and how they didnt have enough napkins and had to borrow from somewhere (nobody had mentioned this earlier) and that we should "settle" this argument because he "would like to go home". I've never seen any manager be this rude to a customer. We all have work lives, and this behavior toward a paying customer is never acceptable! Needless to say, we will never return. Thanks for ruining our night!!!I have attached the size of extra plates they brought out for us because we were going to share multiple dishes! Waiter didn't return to check on us or ask if we needed anything else like one would expect at any restaurant. We were so disappointed with the entire experience that we decided not to order any further, though we still paid $100+ for this experience. We had to wait a while for him to return to the area for us to place a cheesecake order because kids wouldn't let us skip that. The only saving grace of the night was that they sent out the cheesecake slice we ordered with happy birthday written on the plate. The table next to us had a birthday girl for who they sang happy birthday and my kid was really looking forward to them singing happy birthday for him which they never did, though can't say I was surprised.
