I don’t like to leave bad reviews, and I realize that everyone is short staffed right now… So, I’ll just say this: If you want a clean table, bring your own cleaning supplies, because they’re not going to do it for you (even if you ask them to). And there are no paper towels in the restroom that you might use to clean with.
I normally get good service here. But today my Mobile Order was more than 15 mins late. They gave me two parts of my order. But no Coffee. When I asked about the status the lady working on the orders just told me if it’s not there then they are working on it and then just moved on. Didn’t bother to see if my order was still in progress. I get it. They were busy. But stop and check and tell me. Jeez.
Very bad service at the drive through at 6:02pm on 6/24. The barista gave us our drinks with whipped cream all over the cup sides, no straws, no napkins, and closed the window. We waited until she came back to get neccessary items to enjoy the product. Will not go back here
Nice Starbucks out in Pleasanton by the Bart Station. Use to be Arby's Restaurant. Clean, friendly staff, drive thru service busy and lots of interior space. Patio at front door and freeway close by.
I walked in to a barista putting a splash show on himself. Got a fun surprise entertainment with my drink, would watch again 5/5 stars
I drove up to the drive thru and the young ladies were so happy. I had a very upsetting day regarding my husband's health and I am sure they could hear tge sadness. Anyway they treated me with a free drink and a smile. At that time it was the most grateful thing I had all day. I was a real wreck and they were real heros for me. Thank you guys!!!
I asked for light ice as you can see on the cup. My cup is mostly filled with ice. Tasted great as always either way. Upset that my request wasn’t followed.
The website says dine in but they’ll only serve you if you have a car. If you walk over they are totally rude about your lack of a car.
This is a perfect location in Pleasanton, but currently the store hours are dependent on staff. Has a large indoor seating, but closes early or becomes drive through only due to shortage of stuff.Service has always been good though inside.
Quick and friendly service, whether ordering takeout, drive-thru, or sitting in. Conveniently located with ample parking. Inside its clean and spacious. One of my favorite Starbucks locations.
