Don't waste your time find another Starbucks; super inconsistent
Coffee is ... Starbucks coffee, but Wait times are long. Employees there are working as hard as they can.
OVER 30 minutes to get two drinks in the drive-thru line... 6 workers inside the store to me no excuse to wait 20 minutes behind other cars then nearly 10 at the window for 2 Carmel Frappuccino with extra Carmel. Oh they missed the extra Carmel. Completely useless. The doors to the Starbucks were locked with lousy "lack of workers" sign.
You aren’t opening your store until 7:30am on weekdays? That’s the worst possible start time. You miss your entire work drive customer base as well as people who are not late starters.

Ordered my coffee online. But the cafe was closed, only drive-through was working. That wasn’t mentioned on the app. So I had to pick up my coffee anyway - and since all the doors were closed I had to walk to the drive-through window to get somebody’s attention. The guy from the window showed with the signs that he is not going to serve me. And then a lady walked out of the door trying to yell at me for 5 minutes how I put to danger her staff during the Covid (I was wearing mask). Isn’t it putting me to threat by yelling at me for 5 minutes, calling me rude for just asking my coffee that I ordered and paid for already. I just wanted to get my coffee and be out as fast as possible. And I don’t have a car. Mention that you serve only people in cars in you app before yelling! Never coming back to this location!!!
Very rude Manager Shield. I ordered on the App for drive through only. My vehicle was too tall to enter. The app did not post the height limit for drive through. I went to the door but Shield would not greet me. I went to drive through on foot. The staff would not talk to me they motioned for me to go to the door where Shiela had not helped me. I went to the door and stood there waiting thinking that staff told Shiela about me. Shiela finally opened the door and said, through only then closed the door. I explained my vehicle was too tall. Shela then told me to go to Safeway instead. I told here I already ordered. Shela told me not to be rude I asked for my coffee that wasit. I was not happy with the app not listing vehicle height limit and with the Manager being unaccommodating, hurried and very unpleasant. I am a major stock holder in SBUX and a customer. I think the manager at bernal/ 680 should be counselled
Super slow service. They prioritized the drive thru and mobile orders while people were stuck waiting inside. By the time our drinks came, the food was cold.
Inconsistent hours. States open until 6pm but often closed by 5:30. Sad news for this night shift RN needing her caffeine. Today closed by 5:17?♀️
This site is extremely understaffed to the point where they can only manage mobile and drive thru orders. The wait time is also a bit longer than normal because of this. However! The staff is always kind and always have a positive attitude! They make my day just as much as my morning coffee does. They're clearly working hard and doing the best they can. Not to mention, this site makes the best drinks!
