I went to this place with my younger brother who really wanted to have SOMISOMI. We weren't disappointed. We ordered both ice cream and a baked one. Delicious!
I had better flavors when I visited SomiSomi in Japan Town LA. I opted for milk tea this time around.
Omg! This was one of the most unique ice cream experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Fish waffle is great (can be used to scoop ice cream. There is a short wait. It may be a bit hard to scoop ice cream from the blue spoon to the fish waffle ice cream cone.
It's winter 2021 and I got my best tasting Taiyaki yet from this place. I ordered the hot taiyaki, this is different from their ice cream accompanied taiyaki. These are hot and crispy outside, mochi-like inside and delicious filling center, I had the all traditional azuki red bean, yum yum. Another time I tried the delicious Hotteok filling, brown sugar and chestnut. Both are good in their unique ways. Beautiful textures all around. Crispy, chewy, gooey and warm for an almost freezing Tri-Valley Winter in Pleasanton.Later we returned and I tried the different taiyaki for the ice cream. Tasty Ube ice cream, but I'll stick with the hot, crispy taiyaki.
One of the best soft serve. The taro taiyaki really yummy.
the ice cream is creamy! staff is always friendly & line moves quickly no matter how busy. the coffee stuff is good too. I approve of the ube. & whoever doesn't get a Nutella filled fish waffle need to git!!!

What? This place is insane.... ly tasty. Get the fish. Do it. Nice staff, they helped describe some flavors for us and greeted everyone when they came in. ?. Super busy. Order online Maybe.
