Great sushi but the wait is forever but also worth it

The fish is wonderfully fresh here and service was great. I recommend the chirashi bowl.

One of my go-to Japanese restaurants. Great food, cozy atmosphere. The service is... well, luck of the draw, sometimes great sometimes a bit more "rude", remeniscent of a busy Cantonese restaurant than Japanese.

Had the miso soup, gyoza, assorted sashimi, and Awesome Mango roll (pictured). Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend!

This place is pretty good, moderately priced. Atmosphere is nice and your not sitting on top of each other. Will definitely be back!!

Good food can't complain but the service was ehh.

Wow what a surprise. I was looking for some food to go, so I got the assorted tempura and the large assorted sashimi. I was impressed because they had very large portions for the price, and the food was excellent. Keep it up Senro!

A Japanese restaurant server did not know what is Potato Croquette??? Had to ask the other long hair server to explain? OMG! I hope management can give our server Flora adequate training. We appreciated the long hair server for being so patient and nicely explain the menu items we asked for.

We were here on Sunday night and sat at the table closest to the entrance, our receipt showed Table 4. We were seated promptly. Normally, I understand being busy during the dinner rush. However, we were seated well before another party, this party was served drinks and food right away. We got our drinks quickly too but after the other party had done, we were still waiting for our sushi for 50 mins and almost an hour to get our food. Really, an hour wait for the sushi? Ridiculous!!!The two sushi chefs older female & male, (seems like mother and son ) had a very bad demeanor, no smile, and worked at a super slow speed. No sense of urgency, your customers were super starving! Terrible service!!! We were extremely disappointed, absolutely didn't enjoy our dinner even though the sushi was good. We will not be returning.

A super disappointing experience. Glasses and spoons were dirty and had a pinkish residue on them that looked like lipstick. The tempura was cold and the sushi rice was soggy and unappetizing. The food was ok but not impressed. They also plated everything in one plate and anyone could get over to my plate.Our server, Flora randomly dropping the food on the plate left us dumbfounded and tried to figure out the dishes. Terrible service and lack of Japanese food knowledge! So sad, our server did not know the sake drinks and some of the menu items too. It was absolutely disappointing and the experience at Senro turned out to be unpleasant for everyone tonight!We also noticed that Flora never changed her gloves, and continued brought us the food after cleaning the table with the same pairs of nasty gloves. She picked up all the dirty plates and cups without sanitized her hands or changed her gloves. This was pretty nasty! The health and safety of your customers are very important, be safe rather than be sorry.Senro dining service was much like a self-service restaurant, worst than before, had to figure out our own food! Ridiculous! Our server, Flora never refilled our drinks, she disappeared partway through, and also it was hard to flag her down. No service whatsoever only appeared for the check payment. Luckily, a poney tail nice server top off our drinks! I missed all the nice friendly, excellent servers like the poney tail server!
