Another great Yelp Elite event, courtesy of Amanda! Located in Downtown Pleasanton, this is a great bar/restaurant with some amazing appetizers! We were hosted with a wine, champagne pairing with four delicious samplings of their menu: 1. Strawberry gazpacho 2. Meatballs, 3. white chocolate bacon donuts. 4. avocado toast with quail egg.

Creative food with fresh ingredients, great wine list. Cauliflower soup was good. Some items even though creative, just didn't come together. Desserts were excellent

extremely disappointed. Don’t know why they are confident to charge you so much based on the food quality they provided. The service sucks, and you cannot even find a clean spoon or fork in the restaurant. The food is terrible, too. Looks like pretty cheap and not-well made food. Highly suggest everyone to avoid this restaurant.

We enjoyed a nice lunch. Not rushed and very clean. The food was well prepared and service excellent.

This is the rudest restaurant I have ever been to. They rush you out the door even if you haven't finished your meal. I understand there is a time limit but they could be much nicer and more diplomatic. My family and I will not return.

Fantastic food and service.

By far one of the best dining experiences in the Bay Area. Everything we ordered was delicious with beautiful presentations. We look forward to returning. This restaurant has quickly become our favorite, hands down.

I've been here for brunch, lunch, and dinner and Sabio never ceases to amaze me with their quality of food, and high level of customer service. Brunch is fantastic and you can never go wrong with the eggs benedict or pasturebird chicken hash. The smoked salmon deviled eggs and togarashi chips are my go to appetizers. Thank you for always providing an ideal dining experience!

Perfect evening to pre celebrate New Year. Our server Sara ( recently from Hawaii) was such a professional. She addressed every detail with perfection. Starting with the potato leek trout roe soup poured at the table, delicious . The two dished that stole the show were , Umbrian sausage black truffle pasta and Piloncillo pork belly appetizer. We also devoured the generous servings of Venison loin and Coq Au vin. the finally was the chocolate mint tart and toffee pudding . Both so yummy. Two good wines to pair and again great service. Thank you !!

Very attentive and friendly. Delicious food.
