Round table is still one of the best but it seems like the ingredients get lower and the price gets higher every time we go.
We had some unexpected guests in our office and needed to feed them. The popular request was pizza. We've only used this location once before (a number of years ago), but we took a chance and ordered 8 (yes, 8) XL pizzas.The decision to use this vendor was the best we could have made - all the pizzas were perfect: perfectly cooked, loaded with toppings, and VERY tasty!They were ready exactly when we needed them, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended!
The man on the phone was rude. I called him to tell that the pizza they gave me yesterday(pizza was ready in 5 mins because they were closing!) was not up to the mark and the sauce was light. He told me that the next time I come there I can give the old pizza back and get a new one. He specifically asked me to get the old pizza.Also, please do not order any pizza just before closing time!We don't order much from RTP and now I have a reason not to

Whomever is making the pizza or is their customer service rep who makes calls to customers after an online order is a joke.“I’m sorry I’m confused, you put all these options but i don’t understand - just order ____”. Basically, if you don’t order something that’s not a build your own. They won’t do it.Awful service.

Gentleman over the phone was extremely rude.He was overly aggressive and when he found my address was out of his delivery area he told me that he couldnt deliver to my address and hung up on me.What a bad experience. he could have been polite about it. not sure why they allow this gentleman to answer the phones...I buy pizzas on the regular for my staff at work..too bad i wont be ordering from them...ever.
The quality of service of this Round Table Pizza joint has gone down drastically.. The food is still great but customer service is suffering greatly… Every-t I call for a delivery they either can’t do it because they don’t have any drivers (which is understandable of course), or for example the other day I tried to call to place an order for delivery and now they’re telling me that they no longer deliver to our area and I asked him howl ong ago has this been going on and the man replied for a long time now but just a couple of weeks earlier I had ordered pizza from them and they were able to deliver and he replied back saying that the no longer deliver to our area.. I asked if there were any other round tables close to our vicinity that could deliver and he said no none, none of them deliver in your area anymore which is pretty inconvenient because with this Covid in place I prefer to have them deliver then to go pick it up but it seems like the customer is no longer the priority and I understand that they want to also protect their workers but I think it’s unfair that the customer should have to suffer the backlash… Uber eats and door dash are just way too expensive for delivery..anyways that’s just my thoughts… So now my family and I go to Mountain Mike’s for our pizza now.. Good Bye Round Table you just lost a long time customer..
Pizza was so so but it was too pricey
Clean, fast, and nice salad bar. My thin crust pizza also had a nice crispy crust on it which was a plus since Round Tables don't manage to do that even though I order it thin crust.
