I ordered online like I usually do to save time waiting at the restaurant. Tonight there was a run on the chicken so my order could only be filled from the next batch of chicken. It took about 10 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. The manager on duty came over and fully explained the situation and offered his apology. He offered me a free drink. This kind of customer service is what I expect from Porky’s because that’s what they do best, namely take care of their customers.

Porkys Pizza is the best pizza joint in the east bay. Not only the pizza but the fried chicken is juicy and flavorful and the pastas are also delicious. Try anything on the menu, you won’t go wrong.

The food is always the best. Great pizza and lots of offerings

Great pizza as always and a fun place for reunions

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and both were craving pizza, so we decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, neither of us were satisfied. We ordered half cheese and half with black olives and basil. There was maybe 3 pieces of basil and tons of olives, I like a lot of basil as well as olives. The dough tasted like a frozen pizza crust and the sauce was flavorless. It also looked like either a drunk man or blind teenager cut the slices before it went out. For almost $30 for a large, we won’t be ordering from here again. Though, the over the phone & delivery service was kind, the pizza was not.Edit: wow after this review posted, I received a personal call concerned about making my experience better. I’m willing to give porkys a second try just because I know how much they care about service and reputation. That’s a hard thing to find these days

Cheap & delicious craft beer, nostalgic pizza reminiscent of an elevated Chuck E Cheese slice, or something similar you'd get as a kid after a baseball or soccer game. Stick to the cheese pie, and the fried chicken. Also gotta get the fried raviolis for the full effect. The open-faced meatball sliders on garlic bread ain't bad either.

Porky’s Pizza Palace is the best. I have been eating Porky’s since 1965, in San Leandro. A few years ago when they opened up in Pleasanton we were happy to be able to have Porky’s on a regular basis instead of once in a while, after having moved to Livermore in the 90’s. The atmosphere since they closed in their outdoor patio is awesome. Heated cover to meet up with friends and family, plenty of televisions, and a great selection of beer, what could be better.

If you want pizza and you want it fast, if you want pizza and you want it good, you’ve come to the right place!! We love our Porky‘s Pizza Palace❣️❣️❣️

Overpriced and dissident customer service. Wish Porky would train these kids on how to serve well. I was not acknowledged for 5 min....waiting in lobby while 3 Porkys employees chit chat. The fried chicken is trash. Small and no meat...dispicable. I will never go there again. You had one shot...bill nearly $100.00 no special treatment.

First time going to Porky's and it was outstanding. The pizza was more the worth the drive and price. Tried the chicken and fried zucchini again it was great. Everything was more then good and we will make the trip again. The Pleasanton area is a great place to visit
