Hey pizza Guys… If you read this, raise your hand and respond, because I would really like to know what is going on in your head. You have decent pizzas. Not great, but good enough. We got an ad in the mail, two pizzas for about $40, so it was worth it for the money. What I didn’t understand was why you were SO rude to my husband. Don’t you want repeat business? Perhaps you need to train your staff on how to treat people.
We've really never had too many problems with Pizza Guys but tonight is a different story. First, it took the delivery guy 35 minutes to arrive and we live 10-15 minutes away. But worse, my pizza is raw! The bottom is solid but under the cheese, the dough is raw! Crazy! I'll still order from them but this is disappointing!

Great Pizza. First time ordering a takeout from this place. Loved the veggie pizza and the jalapeno garlic bread.One of the best garlic bread I have had in years. And the same guess with Pizza too. Good customer service and free drink that goes with pizza.
The girl who answers the calls one of the rudest and mean customer service I ever experienced, I called to ask why is my order bro g delayed her response was so shocking with an attitude saying if U like I can cancel your order and give your money back with the meanest voice ever and sounded like a witch
Made a delivery order at 6:45 pm online. My card was charged and I was told the order would arrive approx. 7:35. I waited until 8:15 to investigate just in case they got swamped. I called over and over and over again and no one answered the phone. Its now 9pm I'm out ted 60 dollars and have no food.Edit: 5 years later they still haven't given me my food.
Pizza is great, the person making the pizza doesn't wear a mask.
