I moved over to Pleasanton about two years ago and was pleased to see a Panda near by. I've been to many other Panda's and know the food is consistently good. .So why is place soooo bad? I've been here 4 or 5 times, and each time the food is terrible. Old, cold and dry; it's not even close to being worth it. Go to a different location.

I like panda’s food! But the service is not good at all! Every time I order online, ask for napkins sweet souse and chopsticks, but they never put them in my bag! First time I thought it was a mistake but it happens every time! I ordered 5 meals , just gave me 2 fortune cookies ! When you ask for delivery they charge you for service! What service? They even don’t bother to read costumer requests!
Ordered a family meal. Inconsistent portion. Honey walnut shrimp is only 3/4 filled in the box.

Not sure if employees here make commissions or they just got proper training on how to serve you very little food. Every time!
This is a great location for Panda. The layout offers an inviting atmosphere to dine-in and actually enjoy a meal.
Presently verry slow...Takes care of online orders while on site customers are lined up out of the door :-(
