When I checked in it was as if they didnât have us on the list. They then asked if the reservation was made on open table then said âthat explains it.â My reservation was made for 7pm and didnât get seated for almost an hour.
Check in person kept us waiting with an unwelcome attitude regardless the open table reservation. He said they donât really check reservation for open table in system.

Utter disappointment. Kung pao chicken seems overly cooked/fried and it was bland and tasteless . More peanuts than chicken and too pricey 20$ for the quality and quantity . The kung pao in Panda Express is a Lott better . Chicken in Singapore street noodles tasted raw and undercooked . It has definitely lost it glory following COVID
Worst serve person…place was all but empty when we hit there and ordered. Didn’t see her for at least 1/2 hour…we requested lettuce wraps that came AFTER our meal came, didn’t come back to see if was wanted our drinks refilled until we were ready to leave
It was our first time since Covid started to return to P.F. Chang’s and celebrate Mother’s Day, unfortunately we were disappointed by the quality of food we were served. I can understand them being shorthanded however there is no excuse for serving poor quality food. Our broccoli beef, and kungpao shrimp looked like it had sat there for a while. The shrimp sizes are very small. Considering what you pay for the dishes it was clearly cutting corners.
I hadn't been to a PF Chang's in quite a few years (5+) but it used to be really good and fresh and was worth it that it was a little more expensive. When we went it was low to low moderate busy (there were people but not by any means packed, no tables were placed next to each other). Despite having five kids as part of our group of 7, we were prompt in ordering, especially after waiting 15 minutes before we even saw a server for drinks. We were shorted waters and my three old had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get her drink (which was fine but annoying). The food came out in groups, even the stuff we ordered as part of the main meal. The orange chicken was a mushy mess. We paid almost $200 (before tip) for nothing special. Portions felt smaller (though that might be my memory failing me). I will say the staff was friendly which was a plus, if not the only positive of the whole experience.Tldr: slow, unorganized service and expensive, average food.
Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated after my reservation.
Our server, Josh Castro, made our dinner a great experience to celebrate my mom's birthday!
The restaurant was great but they did not have my reservation. They did a great job of making sure we were well taken care of.
