I placed an online order.2 Sandwiches and a kids meal. Upon picking up my order I looked in my back and had no cookies and only a sandwich. Mind you a kids meal comes with a cookie and applesauce. When I go inside I ask what comes in the order and it’s repeated back to me. I said I do not have any of those items in my bag. All I got was sorry we ran out… So why did I pay for the full thing when I don’t get all the items??!!! Rip off. Check your order every time. Not only that.. she failed to tell me they were out and did not include any option so they expected me to leave with less and hope I don’t notice until I am home?I had a request to cut into 4 pieces from the usual 2 and I had no lettuce and it came with it. this is Worse customer service.Update:The owner reached out to me through email from their customer service survey. He apologized on behalf of his employee and stated they had a busy weekend and had low stock of everything and he was out of town. I was fully refunded on my order.I am willing to give this place another shot, but will try in person to avoid any online order issues and paying for things that they do not have in store. The owner was quick and timely in resolving the issue so for his customer service I will increase my stars but will update when I visit again.
Closed early, again. Maybe these establishments need mng not still in HS. It was SATURDAY
Beyond disappointed. Looked forward to our fav sandwiches. First time trying Ptown. Yuk. The bread was sweeter than a cookie and the cookie baked to break teeth. I’ll cruise back to Livermore for the real thing next time.

Sandwiches are really good, but ironically the pickles kind of suck. Service is decent and certainly adequate for a counter-service restaurant. Overall, since the sandwiches are the star of the show, I would absolutely recommend this spot (but you should probably buy your pickles elsewhere).
I have a high bar for delis and this spot is all lettuce. Maybe they are great for the area but I expected a better sando. The staff were really nice and accommodating.

Customers are not permitted to use the restrooms. This restaurant has restrooms. Management just won’t let customers use them.
I came 5 minutes before they said my order would be ready and they gave me attitude for being early. They hadn’t even started making my sandwiches. I was standing there waiting and they didn’t start making it until the time they said it would be ready. The customer service is awful and the employees are very rude. I will never be returning to this location.My sandwich being late was not the worst part about this location, it’s the sassy and rude employees I have experienced both times I have visited here. Also both of my experiences they were out of cookies. Not worth my money.
Very good meatball sandwich . First time in here. Friendly staff members all around!
