We ordered through uber eats for the first time today. We ordered Shumai, potstickers, Bau Bun, Chow mein and it was really bad. Everything was very bland, i had to throw it away and order something better. Save yourself the trouble and order someplace else!

First time I ordered from this restaurant because I wanted dumplings and they have a large selection.I gave three stars because two things were not good.1. I asked for a 6:30 prep and pickup. My girlfriend got there at 6:20 and the food was ready. It was very cold.2. The Fried Rice is anything but Fried Rice. It seemed steamed, not good. The dumplings were delicious when I heated them and the special bean noodle was excellent. Will most likely go back but not for the Fried Rice, check out pictures.

Nice addition to P town. XLB is juicy. Pot stickers are crunchy. Pan fried pork bao is a bit greasy. Food is a bit pricey, I guess inflation is unavoidable. Great to have another dumpling choice. Located at Shopping center. Plenty it parking spaces.

The lunch I had here was one of the best among recent lunches. I try out new restaurants as I work from home and wanna get some fresh air + nice food during lunch. This place was found to be right in front of my home so I tried it out for the first time. The server is really nice. I just showed her foods I want to order and she taught me what is what. Also, when I told her pan fried Xiao long BAO is amazing, she recommended other menues to try in the future. She is very friendly and supportive.Yeah, that pan fried Xiao long BAO is DELICIOUS. I had it for the first time in my life. When I sat at the table, I had no expectation. When I had the first bite of that Xiao long BAO, I was actually surprised at the taste, esp at how delicious it is lol. So I talked to myself "it's so good" "it's so good" hahaha.I only had steamed xiaolongbao in my life. And this pan fried one has a crusty side. The color difference between the top of the bun and the middle is because of the crust. And this crust is what adds so much value to this xiaolongbao.I ordered a lot for my dinner, too. I didn't try the cold beef that I ordered at all and took it home. The noodle is good, too! I forgot the noodles menu name already .. but you can show one of the pictures on my review to the server. Then, I ordered a hot green tea. How nice it was! They brought the whole kettle. As a result the tea remained hot.The interior is also really nice and modern. I saw many people takeout as I dine inside the restaurant. But this place is a great place to have a gathering or dine in!I heartily recommend this place. 5 stars!(The plates are cute, too).

Finally, an authentic Chinese restaurant in Pleasanton that brings back memories of the flavors that I experienced from my mother's cooking when I was a kid. The Pork Xiao Long Bao was made with a thin, delicate skin with a tasty broth that fills your mouth on your first bite; The Pan Fried Pork Bao were a nice surprise; The Shiitake Mushroom and Chicken Dumpling reminded me of my mother's dumplings; The noodles from the Braised Beef Brisket Noodle were cooked just right (nice and chewy) and the beef brisket was tender with just the right amount of gristle; and Finally, the Taiwan Popcorn Chicken also reminded me of a treat that my mother used to make.

How this new restaurant got high review scores remains a myth to me! I will not recommend or visit again.Their pork bun’s (生煎包) good look and the high review scores drew us there the first time (and the last time!). Turned out, that pork bun was all they are capable of cooking.I ordered five dishes and for majority of them, it was not about how good they tasted/looked but whether they were fraudulent or edible! The three different noodle dishes we ordered all tasted like dough that’s not yet fully cooked; their beef rolls were like tacos with pastry wrapping that was not puffed and even a bit sticky (same sort of raw dough you get from the noodles); their “Dan-dan noodle” dish was a complete FRAUD. The food was so miserable that I started wondering, has the cook ever cooked elsewhere or had any sort of certification/license?!On top of that, Mom Dumpling dare charging a hefty price for their dishes (compared with similar dishes in other restaurants in this area). That’s not all. Even though they made some efforts in the decor, they had no service attitude. I politely asked them for a refund of (only) the Dan-dan noodle. It ruined customer’s appetite as it did not look or taste good at all for whatever it was. The in-charge defended that their dish was just a different version(of what?), that they already told us that dish would not look like the picture on the menu and had no soup, that they will not refund but will cook better next time we visit……WOW!Now just a look at their restaurant from afar gets me goose bumps…

Very good dumplings! Saw a flyer on my car to this place and have had dumplings from here 4 times already. The customer service is great! Definitely recommend!

I got the braised beef noodles and it was amazing. The meat was delicious with bok choy, sliced tomatoes, green chives, and fresh noodles. The food is flavorful and you get a generous amount for the price you pay. Can't wait for my next selection ?

March 10/22 We were pleased to see that they were open once again. But Not pleased when we tried to order our favorite Orange Chicken only to be told its not on the menu The NEW OWNERS completely changed the menu. We took a chance and ordered. I am allergic to MSG and suffered a severe attack after eating their food. The food was greasy and tasteless as well We will never go back. Or recommend this place to anyone.

$32 for one egg drop soup and one kungpao chicken, ridiculous price. They don’t include price in their menu. Never come back again.
