Very hit-or-miss service. Occasionally you'll get someone (Manager I'd guess) that seems genuinely concerned about the service you are getting, but most of the time you get workers that don't say a word to you, look at you with side-eye after you ask for something and act like you're bothering them.Then of course there was the one time I paid in the drive thru and the food pickup window woman leaned out the window, looked at me, and made the 'come here' motion with her finger at me. Astonishing.
watchout if you order online. They give wrong order or miss some of the order. I met twice so far once they missed 2 hash browns and this time they do not give the extra chicken filets I customized. The guy in charge is not professional at all and I have to show him all the calculations to prove I ordered extra meat. So terrible…
I was just in and the cashier in the front taking orders was super rude! Was rude to my child and my grandmother. We ordered a milkshake and never got it. Once we asked for it she said to go through the drive thru and get it. Then yelled at my child over McDonalds gift cards. Was the worst experience ever!
Fries were cold. If you know anything about McDonald's, then you know that McDonald's french fries have a half-life of 6 minutes and become inedible once reaching room temp.
Hadn't eaten at MC Donald's in a while. Chicken sandwich only had pickles, and no sauce, and was dry. Fries weren't very good either. Filled the stomach is all I can say. I won't be going back.
Customer service was terrible if not outright rude. Did not allow me to use their own McDonald's app coupon. Said I had already used it, which I had not. Very upsetting. Definitely will not be going back to this location.
Food is good for a McDonald's. Just frustrating as a diabetic that I ordered diet Dr pepper and received regular coke. It was the second time I received regular instead of diet
I don't eat McDonald's but we had to go to one in San Francisco because there was nothing else open the night before and it was dirty, out of line, not safe and service was bad...My daughter swore that all McDonald's wasn't like that. She wanted to prove it to me because I told her WE WOULD NEVER STOP AT A MCDONALD'S AGAINSo, she convinced me to check this one out. It was NICE AND CLEAN! THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS WORKING AND WE TOOK OUR TIME PUTTING IN OUR ORDER TO SEE IF THERE WOULD BE A LASH OUT LIKE IN SF BUT NOPE THE LADY WAS NICE AND ASKED WAS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE WANTED TO ADD TO THE ORDER!I'M STILL NOT A FAST FOOD FAN BUT THIS MCDONALD'S SURELY NEED TO TRAIN THE MCDONALD'S BY THE SFO AIRPORT!
The service is fast but every time I go here the French frys are always stale.
Fries were some of the worst McDonald’s fries I’ve ever had. They were warm and stale. I asked for sweet & sour sauce with my son’s happy meal and was given bbq. Chicken nuggets seemed like they were over cooked too. 100% NOT returning to this location.
