The food was fresh and delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. They also provided special prizes as of their collaboration with Demon Slayer. We got a paid Zenitsu batch and a free Inosuke batch. Both prizes were high quality and were so fun to open. I truly recommend this sushi restaurant as the food was brilliant and left a memorable experience never to be forgotten.
Wonderful eating experiences. Will go again.
Definitely their worst of the chains. It seemed as if the manager heard that they needed to double revenue, so they told the chefs to cut their pieces in half and serve more rice. Nothing tasted too bad, but also nothing rather spectacular. Most plates were around $3.30, so I suppose I can’t expect much - albeit the other kura chains in Cupertino & SF serve way more and are way more consistent.
First time here and the experience was different and I like different. You start off by signing in on the tablet as you enter so they know how many within the party. We were a party of two, so waiting was like 2 minutes. We were seated at table 11 and the server gave us a quick intro on how to order and how to remove the plate from the revolving belt of dishes. Our drinks were delivered by a robot, which is awesome and nothing I've seen before. You do have to remove the drinks/straw/wasbi yourself though. Overall, the dishes were tasty, although I did not try the raw fishes
A very fun dining experience with automated ordering. The sashimi was nice and tender and they have a good variety of sushi rolls. They even have a few beef dishes and ramen. Best of all the prices are reasonable despite everywhere else getting more expensive.
Fun eating. Kids friendly. Good dessert. Fun gift.
So fun and yummy sushi! We enjoyed ourselves so much we couldn’t believe how much we ate! It was worth it, just to see the prize!
+1 star soley for convenience. But negative 4 for food. I am a huge sushi/roll/japanese fan. I know sushi. The rolls and sushi that you get here are worse than those you get from the quick grab section of Safeway. Heck, day old rolls from Costco are actually better. Also, depending on where you are seated, if you are near the end of the conveyors, 90% of the time, the plates that will come to you are empty since everyone else took the "good" ones out (sorry, actually, nothing is good here). I will never come here again and I will tell all my friends and family not to even dare try. I didn't only dislike it, I hated it. It's a joke of a restaurant, the worst of all "sushi" places I've been, and I've been in a LOT.Had to also wait 30 mins due to the long line only to be disappointed. For people who rated this 2 stars and above, they probably never had real sushi before.Look at the photos. They are 7-11 type of sushi.

Sushi (among other things) on a conveyor belt is always fun and actually quite efficient. You take what you want, you don't feel bad for the server if you're taking too long to decide. It's a cool place especially you have kids in tow. I enjoyed the free toy for every 10 plates cleared. Is the sushi spectacular? Meh. It's a step up from a Whole Foods grocery sushi. It is not bad ... But it is what it is, a cute place for sustenance, not for transcendent experience.
