WILL NEVER COME AGAIN:((I am usually a person with high tolerance and this is unfortunately my first bad review.Firstly, it is super slow. We only ordered three dishes and it took 40 mins to put the first dish into our table.Secondly the dishes quality is not very well. we ordered their signature chicken and half of the pieces are chicken necks. See attached image.Last and not least, they will by default charge 15% tips. So even if you did not receive any service at all there is no way to argue their service quality other than leaving a review here. I personally will never come again.

Food (dim sum) is OK. However, BE AWARE, there is mandatory 15% service charge included in your bill. So by any chance if they "forget" to serve you any water or tea, you will still be charged with that service fee. I will leave it to you guys to judge if it is fair.

Solid okay for dim sum in the area, would definitely go elsewhere after this experience. We got here before the rush, like no joke. It was half empty and by the time it was 11:00 there was a huge line out through the food hall.Speaking the language gets you nothing here.It seems they must be short-staffed because for them to pick up your order form and for them to bring out sauces and food seemed to take forever. Even with paying the bill took quite some time. You have to keep flagging them down for every single thing you need.Solid okay for the main dim sum dishes. The favorite was the short rib with rolls in the clay pot. That was delicious. They were sold out of many things and it was hardly 10:45 AM.The only thing I would recommend you avoid getting is the taro puffs.Oil oozes out with each bite and all you taste is oil.Parking is a plenty given that it is located in a huge shopping plaza.

The restaurant is in the border of Pleasanton near the SF Premium shopping mall, where parking is very easy to find. The restaurant itself has a lot of seating and the environment is very clean. We ordered feng zhua (chicken feet), chang feng (rice noodles), and various dumpling and bun dishes. The food is authentic and each dish was served hot to us. My daughters really liked the food too. The overall service and quality of food makes this place worth checking out.

King Wah is one of my go-to dim sum restaurants in the east bay as they have some really good items like:101 King Wah Shrimp Dumpling (L)109 Egg Custard Bun (M)208 Deep Fried Dough Rice Noodle Roll (L)301 Deep Fried Shrimp Balls (L)312 Pan Fried Chives Dumpling (L)I'd say that these particular items are my go-to orders and they're pretty standard meaning that you can find these items elsewhere too. One thing I appreciate a lot about this spot beside the good services is that the food items are really packed with rich flavors.During the lunar new year, my parents and I decided to order 盤菜 from them and I'd say the sauce and what's inside was really delicious and had a lot of items we enjoyed eating. One thing to note is that it comes in the pot (which I've included a picture of) and they had charged me a small deposit for the pot. When I returned the pot then they returned my deposit! If you're looking for a spot to eat with your family or friends then I'd recommend checking them out.Tip:the pricing that they place on dim sum i'd say is pretty fair game and not super charged.plenty of parking spaces is available in the shared parking lot and there are also a lot of amazing boba/dessert spots within the plaza and the outlet is just across the street!

Maybe we ordered right dishes, the food is really good, especially taking the price into consideration. Four people paid $90 tax,tip included. The 榴莲酥 had real 榴莲fruit inside.

A really good place to get dim sum. Their food is pretty good, their prices are a tad on the pricey side, and their service is pretty quick. It's a great location being right across the street from the Livermore Outlets, and definitely a place to go when you're craving some dim sum!

Perfect place for dim sum, friendly and attentive service compare with similar restaurants. Shrimp Dumplings(蝦餃)、Siu Mai(燒賣)、Rice Noodle Rolls (腸粉) a must (必食)!

Horrible service ! Horrible food and overpriced!! Don’t even try this restaurant! You guys going to regret it your time and money !. The owner is the worst so impolitely.

KW is amazing. Its located in a plaza and shares an entrance/exit with several other delicious restaurants. Bathrooms are also available within the plaza. Our party was here for dinner. They were able to seat us as soon as we walked in. Our food took a while to be served, which is expected for the size of our group. The food was very good and came in big portions.
