Have ordered from here a few times. Such irresponsible staff. Not a single time they kept the pick up ready. Ended up waiting 20mins everytime despite reaching after the scheduled pick up. Every single time they manage to mess up something or the other in the order . I hope everytime that this might be one time mistake, but seems this is one area where they are super consistent!!!! I am stuck with these folks as I live in the area, but given a choice I won't. NB: to be fair, out of 5 times, 1 time I got an apology from the staff and a cookie
It's like $15 for 3 pieces of chicken. That's right, $5 per piece of chicken. I'm done with KFC. They're not the same anyway. Not even close. Rip KFC.
Update: was reimbursed for this purchase by restaurant.$80+ order; half of our sides were not in the bag & the entire bucket of chicken was tiny wings and drumsticks which is not what I ordered. Contacted the restaurant and was hung up on the first time. After getting someone back on the phone the second time, I was told they would give us the correct order of chicken & missing sides, if I came back. After arriving back at the restaurant I was informed there is no cook available to fry the chicken and they could only give me our missing sides. This was at 7:45pm on Thursday which is ridiculous because the restaurant doesn't close until 10pm. I would rate it zero stars if I could.....
Most unorganized and unprofessional place I've ever ordered from. I ordered the 16 piece and extras. Paid all that money and drove 20mins just to received wings and small pieces because "they didn't have a cook" and we were missing sides. I called three times before someone decided they wanted to answer, just to get hung up on. Called right back and they didn't care about their mess-ups. Can't go back for the sides or actual chicken pieces because they don't have a cook, which would have been fine if they just called me and I could have gotten my money back and went somewhere else. But no.
Waited 30 mins in the drive thru and nobody knew what was happening, never even got to place an order. Drove up to the window and nobody even came over to explain or apologize, horrible customer service is an understatement
I am giving feedback in the hope that the store management will improve its service. This is the only KFC near my residence and I hope it will become better. This restaurant tends to run out of stuff on the menu quickly. I ordered a family pack at 8pm today and was told the mashed potato and biscuits were out. 8pm is still early from their closing time of 9:30pm. Further, ordered crispy chicken but got the original. This is not the first time. A couple of months ago, went to order lunch at noon and was told there were no chicken! The people there were nice and the food was good. Hope management will fix the problems. It is a shame to see a newly renovated restaurant close.

I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food restaurant but felt like I had to for this place. I went through the drive through and the person was extremely polite and responsive.The chicken was hot and juicy. The fries were also fresh and hot. Everything was packaged beautifully with napkins and condiments. Really nice.Keep it up.
Order was incomplete with 7 pieces of chicken instead of 10 piece meal also only got drumsticks and thighs instead of regular meal order. Horrible taste, delivery, everything.
