The best sandwich in this location. I will surely visit again.

First time at Jersey Mike’s subs was awesome got the tuna fish sub bread salad veggies sooooo tasty!!! Promise back again just you need work in customer service that old guy is taking orders so rude but food is awesome
Decided to give Jersey Mikes another try. Got a #5 and it was a good. Had a lot of flavor and plenty of fresh produce. Will be returning.
I had the displeasure of finding out that a catering order I had placed earlier this week for my team of 30 employees had not been made after arriving shortly after my scheduled pickup time today.The manager or supervisor on duty had not checked in with the counter staff prior to my coming in, and so nothing was prepared or in the process of being prepared. This was not due to a technical issue, simply a lack of preparedness and due diligence.On finding this out, he did not apologize and simply said, "We screwed up. It will be thirty minutes."It was not thirty minutes, but was instead an hour and fifteen minutes before I received the sandwiches that I had ordered. I was offered a set of 4 free sandwiches (roughly the equivalent in price to the prepaid tip that I now know better than to leave before receiving my ordered food in hand), and no refund. The 4 coupons were also initially given to me by an employee rather than the manager or supervisor on duty, and then offered by the MoD after the fact.Needless to say, I declined the free sandwich coupons both times and will not be procuring this establishment again. A shame, since I believe their quality of sandwiches is generally good and we are moving our offices to the area so placing catering orders would have been quite convenient.

My experience was just bad service. First time in, first impression definitely matter.I was there within the first hour of them being open so I don't know what happened so early but they seemed annoyed at the start. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I came in.The staff wouldn't project their questions and would become annoyed when I told them I couldn't hear them. Between their mask and them wrustling paper while asking questions, (like whether I want this or that,) I couldn't understand. No eye contact either, so I wasn't sure if the girl that took over making my sandwich was just mumbling to herself or asking a questions, until she paused and looked up anoyed.She clearly just rushed it rather than talk me through what she actually said.My sandwich sucked. And for something as basic as putting veggies on bread, that's pretty remarkable. I certainly won't be coming back.
Another excellent Jersey Mike's. I grew up with them in NJ, so I'm glad they're getting more common in the Bay Area.
I don't understand all the 5 stars for this place. We have gone here 3 times thinking well hopping maybe we had just got them on a bad day. Excellent experience! Delicious as always. Friendly staff, super clean! When my partner told them the paper towels were out in the restroom, they had them refilled immediately! Absolutely amazing crew, with initiative that moved expeditiously. Refreshing to see professional work ethics.
