Customer service was pretty bad. Are you not allowed to ask if they have non-meat patties?No interaction when taking my card for payment, no thank you - and worst of all... after giving me my food, he didn't say if it was all... then he looks back to tell me it was... but where's my drink?Try a little harder, bro.
Friendly service and food to be as expected. I give it 3 stars because once in a while they are understaffed in the late hours of the night and will turn cars in the drive thru around due to a 30 minute wait time according to the drive thru operator

December 21st 2021 , almost 8 am, spent over 40 dollars, lady working by herself. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food.
Must be much slower than usual. I came to buy some of the Tacos drink and curly fries, it was 8 cars ahead but I decided to wait around 9 at night. Got all the way to the window and received my food then drove away but look in the bag only to find out it was the wrong order. It was a ultimate cheeseburger with fries and those cheese potatoes or something. That's not what I ordered. I tried to go inside but the door was locked then I gave up. I ended up with more food I guess. Must do better than this guys.
Driving back from a late night airport arrival, thought I would get a nice sandwich and curly fries combo - “drive through open 24 hrs” advertises the sign on the road - pull through and the guy at the ordering box says only doordash orders. I had never encountered this before and had to ask him twice to confirm that I, a paying customer, was being told I cannot order and pickup food but a doordash driver can. I just could not wrap my head around that - what logic could make this fast food store say no to customers who took the trouble to drive over to their restaurant? And to top it off, I had to wait behind 4 other cars in the drive through queue for over 20 minutes just so I could stew over it a little more. Get your act together Jack in the box!!!!! Not coming back again.
I'm a regular customer of this Jack in the Box for more than 12 years. Same best quality is maintained...
Just went thru the drive thru & ordered taco meal. Asked for hot sauce, got none. Parked to go in & grab some but the doors are locked. Employees are just staring at me. Not only that but my tacos are cold & the line is too long to wait in again. Called but no answer. Wasted my money.
