Worst Dominos location ever. Absolutely unprofessional and we have been sitting on our order closer to three hours. When we called the store an hour into waiting they said the driver just left with the order and two hours past and yet nothing. And we kept calling the store none answered and My husband had to drive to the store to see what was up with our order. And the store told them that the driver is still out with our order. And the store said the pizza is with driver, and to add the store is less than a mile from our house. And the store still ignoring our calls and we are waiting on the full refund!
I wanted a pizza I stopped at Domino's here in Pleasanton on Santa Rita road no one had a mask on at the front desk or the kitchen I turned right around and got out of there. I went right to Togo's next door they got me a soup and sandwich everybody in there had a mess on
Un-professional workers , worst customer service. I will never ever order from this place again. I ordered online and they never delivered and I tried to call no one picked up the phone. I guess some really unexperienced that don't know how to do business in America work here....I hope I get my money back.
Placed an online order for delivery around 5 pm, the status showed order is in quality check forMore than 45 minutes, my husband went to the store to see what happened only to find the most rude store staff we have ever met who was loading his car with our order ( he had missed the soda that he had to ask at the end), our order has been sitting their getting cold and he didn’t have the courtesy to call and let us know, we would have picked up our order when it was hot, he was no apologetic and to our surprise was rude and when we expressed our disappointment, he asked us to not come to that store again and that he would refuse service to us, would never go to this store again EVER. He seems frustrated and God knows how he would have prepared the food. I am tossing the pizza in trash.
Today I bought 14 boxes of pizza/ appetizers along with sauces from this store. I requested the store manager/cashier (spanish accent) to give some help to put some boxes in mmy car parked 20ft from the store. He outrightly told he will not do . As a human being I never heard when people asks for help, other person says no. He told if you were a girl, he would have helped. anyway, thats the customer service you are expecting. He did not want to tell his name. Other time, they used to put in the car. Will never go to this place ever for not treating customers appropriately.
i ordered from the app amd after 30 min of it being finished it sat there for more than an hour and a half, no one answered the phoneand i had to microwave my food upon delivery, when it reached my door they didnt even knock to let me know it was there
Pizza quality is going down. It used to be our go to place for pizza. This time the pizza marinara sauce was really salty. It destroy the taste of the pizza.
Last order I placed was delayed by an hour and then when I look up the app the free pizza offer is gone. This is ridiculously bad customer experience
Horrible store. They never make my pizza correct. Manager/owner doesn’t care. Employees don’t wear masks over nose, why put them on?
The place is in the nice complex with Indian grocery shop. Order at Dominos, shop for groceries and on the way back home pick the ? ?
