I don’t know what has happened to this place but it has really gone downhill.I used to love coming here because it was always clean and the food was always fresh. Today, the interior of this place looked like a prison cafeteria and the food was cold. Such a joke!To make matters worse the parking lot is a nightmare. The patrons are very unsavory and will hit your car due to the small spaces!
Great! First time hereCan't believe how busy they are: two drive thru lines, take-out, delivery, and inside seating. Food was fresh, hot, fast, tasty. People were very polite and professional.Loved the lemonade and nice fruit cup.
Never write reviews. But my man Patrick (GM) knocked it out of the park.Asked me if I needed anything, which I know they do here, but it surprised me when he followed up to make sure everything was good.Any way, his genuine service made me want to leave a tip, but it felt weird to leave money on the table. So this is the least I could do. Thanks!
This is our favorite Chick-fil-A in the area to visit. The line for the drive thru always moves quickly and efficiently. The team who works there is always friendly and helpful. Food is consistent and delicious
I asked for spicy chicken sandwich and I got a bland one. All messed up. I got my wife's replaced but even that was not as good as Wendy's. Wendy's wins hands down. Chick a fil a has lost its mojo. Pathetic food and service
Food was cold and nasty! I was surprised at the quality I received! The girl at the drive thru had a funky attitude taking my order! I’m spending like 65$70$ dollars I mean is it too much to ask that u take two mins to take my order right and repeat it back to be so I know it’s right. Right? I mean that’s why u are standing out here with the tablet on your hand right? Like I know it’s not the best job in the world but if u treat people decent it usually makes your day a lot easier! Try it some times. I just will rather stay away Chick-fil-A since the customer service and the food was terrible! Sad cuz I use to love them!
My food was clearly picked over looked like someone gave the nuggets back and then chick fil a crew sold them back to me. Then the manager wouldn’t even listen to everything I had to say he just rushed me out the door with some food smh. I’m sure this review will fall on deaf ears because this is California and customer service means nothing to the people here especially towards a young black male.
Im a regular here, I always order my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combo on the app and pick it up. I love the fast service and how they call your name out loud so you can hear when you pick up your order. Great work!
I know times are rough especially for the hospitality industry. But first of all, put your customers first. Confusing signage - because you can eat inside but the only signage is for Mobile Pickup and Carry Out Ordering. ONE register. ONE. Thank goodness we got there relatively early for dinner. We were 5th or 6th in line for the one register to place and pay for our order. But the time we placed our order the line had quadrupled. When youorder/ pick up your order make sure you ask for all the condiments you need; they are not out for self service and they do not automatically put them in your bag. Lots of mobile ordering so the majority of workers are assembling orders for the drive through and pickup. You still need to put someone out to work on emptying the trash and cleaning up the trash on the floor. Disgusting. And who knows if or when the tables were ever wiped down. Now that I said that - we have missed eating at Chik-Fil-A and the food was as good as we have ever had!
Great food and customer service. They forgot to give me mayo as I requested so I had to eat a drier than desired chicken sandwich
