Are you come here all the time. Itâs always great food and great service. Kind of like being home! Food is excellent! Highly recommend this place
There were several issues with the food, including a lack of seasoning. It appears that the server was offended by the fact that we did not order our food in Italian. The seats were very close together, and several guest at the table next to us made multiple racist, sexist, misogynistic, and homophobic remarks. We were served by a friendly waiter, but management was more courteous to every table apart from ours. We, as a party of four, will never return.
Bruschetta is a must try here. It was served with fresh bread and a generous amount of olive oil. You have good vegetarian options here. Had their pasta with seasonal vegetables and it was good. I wish they had more vegetarian options. They don't have designated parking and have to park on the streets. They have outdoor seating.

Fairly authentic Italian food. I got The spaghetti carbonara and it tastes great! The sauce is very rich and creamy, the spaghetti and Meatballs is classic but could use a little bit sugar for my taste.Everything tastes great, tho nothing special.
Chianti Reserve is excellent. The food was delicious, the drinks and wine were great. The service was exceptional. We had an outdoor table and the weather was perfect.
Chianti Reserve is our favorite, as well as our son and daughter-in-law’s favorite Italian Restaurant in the East Bay located in the charming town of Pleasanton. I cannot say enough about Chianti Reserve. First of all, the food is amazing! The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. The main courses include a variety of fresh seafood, homemade pasta, meat and vegetarian dishes, followed by the most delicious desserts! Their homemade cannolis are to die for! Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The head chef, Chef Bilarddi Carteli uses the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful wine menu and will gladly assist you with pairing. We recently celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at this wonderful restaurant. They just completed the renovation of their beautiful upstairs banquet room. It’s like you just stepped into a restaurant in Tuscany. From the moment we walked in, the head server Michael Angelo greeted us with a warm welcome and oversaw the entire evening. Michael Angelo was professionally trained in Italy and his knowledge of the food and attention to detail is exceptional. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience is A+. Michael Angelo always treats you like family; and made sure that everyone’s experience was superior, accommodating all special requests. Michael Angelo and the entire staff went over and above striving to ensure that everyone was pleased with their meal. We had a large group and everyone at the rehearsal dinner was complimentary of the excellent staff, service and food. The entire evening was amazing thanks to the caring staff at this restaurant! I highly recommend Chianti Reserve. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and superior staff!
