We were quite disappointed with our favorite restaurant!We ordered cauliflower in buffalo sauce that we have enjoyed forever! As always we ordered with extra sauce. However, the dish came lukewarm, with less than usual sauce, the center part inside each bite was cold as if it was just unpacked from freezer and defrosted served!! I'm not going back for a long time.We complained, the waiter said he's checking with the manager, and kept on saying he was still waiting for the manager to get back!! Manager never showed up, never sent word as to why the cauliflower dish so poorly served!!We ordered a take and bake pizza special for $8. But we were charged full price of $16.xx. So, I cancelled that order.It was not too crowded, so we were surprised at the service and the quality of the food! If CPK is going to be serving defrosted soups, defrosted appetizers, they lost my business!! Been an ardent customer for 20 years or more!!

I have been to this CPK location several times and have usually had a decent experience. I came here with my family on 4/17/2022 and was greeted by a staff member and seated quickly as the restaurant was not very busy. We ordered the cedar plank salmon, a half pepperoni and cheese pizza, crispy fish tacos, bolognese spaghetti and 2 orders of the fire-grilled ribeye. This is where the problem started. Our server Isabel explained that they were understaffed and that there was no kitchen staff member that was able to prepare the fire-grilled ribeye. I was ok with that and proceeded to change my order to the classic caesar salad with grilled chicken to the order and the 7” original bbq chicken pizza lunch duo. We waited another 30 min and politely asked Isabel if she had an update on our order. Isabel stated due to their staff shortage in the kitchen some of the items were taking a bit longer to prepare. We understood and asked her if could just bring out whatever orders were ready so at least my kids would be able to eat. She agreed and brought out the pizza and a few minutes shortly after the 7” bbq chicken pizza and the cedar plank salmon. Another 45 minutes have passed and the rest of the orders have not been served. I then began to notice 3 other parties that arrived well after we were seated now have begun to receive their orders. One table that arrived at least 30 minutes after we were seated received their order of 2 fire-grilled ribeye. I was stunned and shortly got up from my table and walked to my server Isabel and questioned my concerns on a party that was seated after my family was being served an item she specifically stated there was “No kitchen staff member that was able to prepare the fire-grilled ribeye”. Isabel explained that a “Manager” came in after my party was seated and could prepare the fire-grilled ribeye. I understand her explanation, however why did a party that came in 30 minutes after was able to be served in a timely manner when my table is still missing crispy fish tacos, bolognese spaghetti and classic caesar salad with grilled chicken. I would understand if my order was complicated, however a classic caesar salad to me seemed a simple normal order that should not take over an hour to prepare. I then requested to speak to a manager to voice my concerns. I waited another 15 minutes with no visit from a manager or a shift supervisor to hear concerns Suffice if to say I will not be returning here.

We had a birthday dinner and really appreciated the attentive staff. You succeeded in making us feel comfortable dining out again!

Restaurant is 50% capacity. Wait time 20 minutes. 10 minutes before a server acknowledged us. 30 minutes so far and the food hasn't showed up. To fix this, set customer's expectation by increasing the wait time to fix your internet pipeline

I guess I'm a gal who likes a pleasurable experience from the door to the table, thru the dining service and back out the door. The first time I went was maybe?! too early (11am) or too short-staffed or maybe?! too busy for the staff?Personally, I prefer warm smiles at the door and to be seated quickly- not to wait 3 minutes (esp when there are alot of tables open) until staff is done fidgeting with the menus). I would prefer bread plates when the bread is served and also to be included in conversation even if I am not paying the bill.I appreciate CPK food however my lack of connection with staff puts a damper on my overall experience at this one.

The lettace wrap is so good (even better than most Chinese places) and the avocado egg roll is rich and legit. The kongpow spaghetti is super delish too.

Food was very good and the wait time was not long. The server was very friendly and attentive. She was far away around the kitchen. When she saw me looking at her she came running to ask what we needed. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come here back when I feel like eating pizza.

This is the third time I tried CPK in stone ridge mall and each time it gets worse and worse do any of these pizzas look appetizing or worth the money. A frozen pizza looks better than this!!! I am so disappointed with CPK it use to be our family’s favorite spot to each especially with kids but now it keeps getting worse instead of better and no one seems to care! The food is bad, management is worse and unfortunately the service is horrible too.

Recent reviewSo after having a very bad experience earlier (see below) the manager Abraham called me and tried his best to convince me to visit again. apparently there is a new manager now from my previous experience and they are trying their best to deliver what CPK is all about.We visited last week and surely were happy with the positive experience. The manager has tried to turn things around, they are better staffed who are friendly and the food is back being good like before. Now the experience was great with my kids and we will surely want to come back again.I would really want to give a shout out to the manager Abraham who brought back my loyalty by just being nice . Worth a visit for sure now with their delicious menu and friendly ambience !!!Earlier review - Horrible location.....waited for almost 1 hours for the food over the additional 25-30 mins wait time for the seat.We had to wait for even water refills , dessert . The staff doesn't feel energetic or happy to serve , They are grossly under staffed and everything including the rest rooms are horribly managed....would never ever come back to this one !!!!
