Walked to this location as I was getting my car worked on down the street. Arrived and the doors were locked. I knocked as I saw someone inside. As he approached the door he had signs that said that the inside was closed and to use the drive thru. As I told him that I was on foot due to my car being serviced, he flipped me off through the window.

This BK is probably one of the best. I had an amazing experience. Everything was fresh and hot. A really good experience and all the food tasted well.

Burger King is gross. No offense to this BK specifically. They're no worse than any other BK location. 2 stars is the most I could rate any Burger King & that's being generous. At least their food doesn't have me running to find a toilet the way Taco Bell does these days.

This is the first Burger King that didn't serve a whopper. They only serve breakfast. I don't really like breakfast types of food. I had been up since 4am by 7am I was ready for something Hardy and filling to start my day.... An egg sandwich is not gonna do that for me.

Worst fast food in Livermore hands down. I typically don't eat here but I wanted the original crispy chicken sandwich for some odd reason. I ordered it asked for no lettuce and mayo but add cheese. Then a bk fish the same way. My chicken sandwich had lettuce and was Hella dry, warm and taste stale. Then I was given a double cheese burger, NOT the bk fish. Both of them were gross and it messed my stomach up for a few days. NEVER eating burger King again.

Only one other person in the drive through and lobby looked empty looked like 5 to 7 employees working. 23 mins wait for 1 burger, drink, nuggets and fries. The person operating the drive through couldn't complete taking the order. Guess that's why the other places in the area had lines and BK didn't. We should have seen the signs lol.

After 4 hours of traveling, all I wanted was a Whopper. I pulled into the drive-thru at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday night. The car in front of me ordered. Then it was my turn. I said, "hello" several times, only to be ignored by the person I could hear on the other end. I waited 10 minutes, then an employee wearing a headset came out of the side door. She placed caution wet floor markers behind my car and yelled at my car window that they were closed despite the fact that their closing hour is listed as 11 p.m. on the door, online, and on Google. She flat-out refused to serve me, even though I was the last person in the Drive-Thru.

this one lady that works in drive thru....she has horrible customer service.I asked for a sausage / bacon egg cheese croissant 2 for $5 mix in match.she said she cant do that.... the pic in the menu clearly has both on one of the sandwiches on the 2 for $5 mix n match sandwich.She said they cant do that .... she wanted to charge me for the fully loaded sandwich instead.i went through this 4 months ago with her..... she is still stuck.I dont think she understands. I hope she is not hurting the business.I wont be going back to this location. Id rather go to mc donalds.

Today sucked. It took almost 15 minutes from order to getting food. The cashier was obviously stressed, as they seemed short ha ded, and she was a bit rude.I will say, normally BK get 4 or 5 stars. I hope this was a one off.

I went here, bought fish sandwich and ice cream, milk shake. The lady did give us spoon for ice cream and while giving the shake, we spilled it. all over in the car. she didnt offered us new shake, I wanted to order another milk due to spill, she became rude and asked me to move my car. later on the freeway we realized she didnt give us spoon for ice cream, ice got melted we could eat the ice cream.
