The outside of the restaurant looks modern And inviting. The Inside is tiny and has not much decoration and resembles more of a hall way rather than restaurant. Once you walk through the restaurant, then you enter a larger patio with cramped in tables. The atmosphere was load and lively. More designed for a group of friends rather than a relaxed dinner. Now to the food: they are still working on their liquor license so you can get for now only beer and wine and wine cocktails. The crispy cauliflower was not crispy but flavorful with the aioli. The homemade bread was good too. For main dish: carbonara was ok but not carbonara. It had a cream sauce with Canadian bacon instead of egg sauce. The chicken Milanese was not crispy and more on the soft side. The black ink spaghetti had good flavor but portion was small. Overall the restaurant is not bad but it did not impress

I was really excited to try this place but was sorely disappointed. You walk in and the interior is tiny, but at the back there is a large patio..Now I’m no stranger to a patio dining experience but it was not as cute as I had imagined, it was definitely not cute enough to compensate for how bad the food was.I will say the cheese empanadas were fantastic… Aside from that the beet salad and chicken Milanese I had were disgusting.. Like low-sodium hospital food disgusting. The beets were not sweet at all and had the texture of mud. The Milanese was cold and rubbery… there was no way it was fried or even baked. Maybe they boiled then microwaved idk.

Most of the stars go towards the vibe of the outside patio seating! We had brunch on Sunday and had the papas bravas for an appetizer and tried both the lemonades- the potatoes were nothing too special (mostly soggy) and the drinks were overwhelmingly tart. We had the chicken Power bowl, the spaghetti carbonara, and ended with the tiramisu. The power bowl was the most underwhelming; definitely nothing to recommend there as there was no togetherness to the bowl and it seemed like different elements was just sort of placed next to each other. The carbonara that I had high hopes for was way more salty that it needed to be; definitely expected more for the price being charged. The tiramisu was probably the best food item that we had. Service wasn't too bad either but we were put off by one thing- we stayed a bit after eating our lunch as we catching up with a family member, and noticed that we were constantly being eyed and after quite a bit of staring, we were asked to leave bc our "specific table had an upcoming reservation"- it was so odd to me because I looked around and the whole restaurant was practically empty... Oh well, onward!

OMG this place was absolutely the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The service was excellent. Just a little picture of our evening: we went to and early dinner to beat the rush. It was unusually cold in Pleasanton, CA and we sat out in the garden area. They had all the outside propane heaters AND were handing out warm blankets. It was the best warmest greeting ever. The waitresses & waiters were so kind and on the ball. The food each and every plate we ordered was delicious! Overall 5 star. Please give yourself a treat and take a ride to Pleasanton for this experience.

Amazing place. Delicious food. Appetizers we tried were all great. Portions were good. Did not have to wait to get seated on a Saturday afternoon. Good service. Found parking on the street quite easily. They have beautiful outdoor seating with lights. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend trying.

Amazing taste, friendly staff and a nice outdoor seating. Went for lunch with family and these all I ordered (in photos). I think the entree’s are bit pricey thats why a star less otherwise i would have rated a 5. But overall the food is delicious.

We went to celebrate my daughters birthday at Brava as the menu looked appealing to my wife and daughter. The appetizers were good, the pasta I ordered was average though the rest of the family thought it was good. The service was my main concern. I know we're all short staffed these days and it's hard to find folks to work but if you charge a premium price for your food, you should give premium service along with it. We sat in the patio and the heater stopped working, it was a windy night, asked the server 3 times to please replace or turn on the heater but to no avail. No one came to ask us if we wanted refills on our drinks or anything else. It's okay to try it one time for the variation of the food/menu but not worth it at that price.

Fun, so much energy on the patio. Food was hot and fresh - cold night so the dinners steamed. But Bruschetta was soggy.Servers are professional and know the menu. Will be back!

The spaghetti carbonara is AMAZING! The pasta is fresh and hand made, topped with some fresh cracked pepper! Yum! It is such a special dish! ?

Decent food with good service. Some of the dishes were a bit too salty though. good backyard seating with lots of heaters
