I am impressed with their boba texture! Very chewy and the drink I got creme brulee is very delicious! I like how the layout works and it’s easy to order everything on kiosk (and safer!). Will come back for more boba!

Delicious boba drink! We ordered creme brulee and Thai milk tea and both of them are tasty ! They share location with Mochiholic so you can also enjoy mochi donuts together !

Literally waited and hour for 4 drinks. At time of order drinks would be ready in 21 minutes. Ok cool I'll wait. Then I go into the store a couple minutes late.. Only to be told oh give us 4 minutes. Ok fine no big deal. 15 minutes later I ask again if my drinks are ready. I've seen people order and get their drinks in store and leave before me. The girl goes to look and starts making drinks 10 minutes later I finally get my drinks. I'm so mad by this point. Girls were just standing there in the back. And sure I appreciate the girl jumping in and making the drinks. Why wasn't that done 20 minutes before. All I got was a soft sorry for the wait. No offer for a discount or reimbursement or anything and I just walked out. This was such a ridiculous waste of time. My coworker went here before I loved the drink but I'm sorry and hour is so not worth it. The worst place. It'll be a long time before I come back if ever. So if you're in even a remote rush don't waste your time.

I convinced my family to come here instead of another shop that we usually get. It tasted really bad. I purchased the boba milk tea and knew right away it wouldn’t be good. The tea looked so pale and flavorless, the ratio of boba to tea was ridiculous. I tried it and it tasted like it was watered down and the boba was hard and stale. Very disappointing. I couldn’t drink more than two sips

Great taste, but this is an unacceptably stingy amount of ice to pack into your drink. Cmon, I paid seven dollars plus tax. This isn’t right.

Bobafinitea and Mochiholic both share a space. They have a cool ordering system where in you walk up to this machine and place your order. The wait is just a bit too long to get your drinks.

I get the passion fruit green tea boba it’s amazingggggg

I don’t know why this place had such bad reviews!!! I absolutely loved it. 10/10. I got the brown sugar milk tea and 3 mochi donuts (Oreo, cinnamon, and strawberry). The boba is great and the donuts did not disappoint. My favorite was the Oreo. It was a little on the pricey side but worth it IMO

RIP WEST TEA. :cThe donuts here are great! But I do miss the boba selection and the dogs.

Not too impressed with this place. No human interaction what-so-ever. They have two kiosks… One for drinks and one for snack. Very limited item on their menu. However, their donuts are very good and their Boba pearls have a unique flavor to them like they were infused with lavender. I’m not too crazy for the price of each donut ($3.50) even though they have filling in them. In addition, the drinks come in one size. My taro drink I can make the same at home. Nothing to be bragging about. Well I return here? Maybe when the craving hits. We are in Pleasanton so they are other options available.Price: $$Quality: BService: C - almost complete automated ( I prefer the human interaction after the lock down from the pandemic, even if I have to wear a mask and so do they)
