The meat quality is good and the a la cart dishes are good. The servers are very attentive and polite, and the robots are cute. There's gratuity added on the bill, so make sure to have the servers help with the BBQ cooking. I give it 4-stars bc it is pricey, but it's definitely one of the better Korean BBQ places out there with a nice, clean ambiance.

The decor was really nice. Service was great. Food was disappointing. Bugogi taste ok. The sides were stale, not fresh, kimchi fried rice was just spicy not much kimchi flavor, rice was ok, the japchae was bland and noodles were too short.

Very good flavors, but too overpriced. Yes good quality, but I've been other places that were similar flavors and quality but way less expensive. Would go back again though.

Good food, good service. However, this is one of those places that adds tip to the bill without telling you. There was an obscure '5pp' charge after the tax that ended up being the tip...Avoid these people for their bad business practices.

We ordered a combo and we like the beef brisket most. The servers were very busy and always forgot what we ordered.

Update 5/8/2022: My son took my here for Mother's Day. It was busy, of course but since it was just the two of us, we sat at the bar. We ordered spicy popcorn chicken and the Classic BBQ. The staff were all so attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Introduced my son to soju and Korean beer. He said he like it but dangerous because they were easy to drink lol. The Classic BBQ was the perfect amount of meat to grill for 2 people. I like the new presentation of the meat. The meat was perfectly marinated, and they also include 3 dipping sauces with the banchan. Will definitely continue to come to Bak Kung. Gamsa hamnida to the staff!Original review: It's my friend's favorite KBBQ. It's good. Nice selection of the banchan. The garlic pork belly is really good but I also like to use the sauce for the other meats as well. They change out your grill pan frequently, which is good because then your meat doesn't taste burned. Service was slow the day I came even though it wasn't busy. I do like that they have a large carafe of lemon water on your table so you're not trying to get the server's all the time to refill your water glass. Pretty reasonable pricing for AYCE for lunch or dinner.

the food was really good and we thought itd be expensive but it wasnt. its definately worth your time if you love kbbq

Food quality bad, Taste so-so, Side dishes not even Korean style, Service not there and Price too expensive. You serve customers with nice food, proper price and friendly service not with robot gadget. Please drop the Korean bbq title.

When an unexpected trip to Dublin turns into stopping by and eating Korean BBQ for date night! This review has been sitting in my Drafts for quiet a bit of time. No less I have to say that the visit we had on 10/22/21 was great and we definitely be stopping by again when in the Area!We Ordered the Deluxe Combo for 3, Garlic Chicken & spicy pork belly. All the meat that we ordered and cooked was delicious. All the sides that were brought to the table were flavorful. My favorite was the cucumber kimchi, that I asked for thirds. We definitely will make our way back for another another Korean BBQ Night

The employees were dressed very dapper, and the service was excellent. Great to see young people employed and trained so professionally. The food options were expansive and offer a lot more choices than the typical mega-KBBQ chain that I frequent. Solid family-owned restaurant right next to home!
