We catered from Amaravati House recently. The food was prepared very well and had excellent flavor and taste. Very happy that even after many years they continue to maintain the quality and flavor. ?
not satisfactory.. we order paneer butter masala and it tasted exactly like MTR ready to cook - which r sold in Indian stores. total waste of money no taste at all. if u have no option and hungry ready to eat anything then it suffices
Great place for Indian Food. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, masala mutton and butter naan. The chicken tikka masala was very thick and flavorful, the meat was well marinated and tender. Everyone should try their masala mutton which is off the chart. Butter naan were really delicious crispy and soft at the same time. Owner is also very nice and helpful.
Something has changed. This used to be our favorite place for roti and chilli chicken and dosa. They stopped phulka and the quality is bad, price is up and amount is lesser. That probably explains we alone in a Friday night in dine in whereas other places have waiting time.
Worst Indian food served here . Untidy tables , reheated food - very pathetic service. Family suffered staph infection / food poisoning after having food at this place. Would never ever recommend this place. Especially not a place for kids to eat . Worst experience of having Indian food .
Amaravathi House serves really great authentic Indian food. Their weekend specials are really amazing and very tasty. Would highly recommend Amaravathi House for anyone who wants to try good authentic Indian food.
Calling all dosa fanatics in East Bay!!!If you are a dosa lover, this place is a must visit. The best Rava dosa I've personally had in all of North America, the ultra-thin and crisp combination is what will bring us back when I visit the area again. I think you could also order the masala version of this which is another nice combination. Our table also ordered onion-chilli dosa, kaaram podi dosa, masala dosa which were all big hits too. Don't forget to ask for more of that super delicious sambar which reminded me of what one would get in proper tiffin places in Tamil Nadu.We also ordered the chicken tikka biryani, and this interesting twist on the standard chicken tikka did not disappoint. Everything was great taste and served at perfect temperature.
We ordered Andhra Chicken Curry , Garlic Naan , Goat Keema Biryani, Ulvacharu Biryani.The taste was good for Keema Biryani. Very decent for Chi Curry and Ulvacharu was not good at all.The Ambience is fine.
Tired their Mughlai Paneer Biriyani and it was very delicious. You will know that it's freshly made. Their Egg Masala and Malai Kofta are also very good.Spice level depends on your customization.
Very good restaurant. Ambiance very nice. Calm and quiet place. Staff very friendly. Ordered mutton biriyani , Naan, methi malai muttar, rava dosa and mutton gravy. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are very delicious. The next week ordered takeaway. Taste never changed. Worth visiting again.
