The place was super fresh/clean when I stopped in. I asked for an eta and was told 10 min..& my vitality bowl was ready to go in 10 min ?? I give 4 stars for the pricing however, super expensive, that's not the staffs fault so yea.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: They post they are open til 8pm but we’re here at 6:50pm and it’s closed. Who gives us back our time invested to get here?
took an hour to get the order. Had old fruit it in, and it wasn’t frozen. Açaí was watered down to being more of a juice than a bowl.
If it was just for the food I'd give 5 stars. I wish I could eat it every day. But this location definitely has management issues. It might be better if they hired more staff? The counter people have to make food too so counter is left empty. Maybe owner is cheap and doesn't want to hire more employees? Great if you can be patient. Also the prices went up recently so it's fairly pricey now.
I'm a longtime customer here, but only because it's the only location that's convenient to make quick runs to for lunch breaks.At times, service is great. But during most other times... more than 50% of the time I order here, my order is incorrectly made, inconsistently made or I'm given a medium when I paid for a large. I've been way too patient and understanding of these errors made to not yet leave a review. But I just absolutely can't stand it anymore... buy a large? Get a medium. Pay for additional toppings? Missing. Buy an Enjoymint bowl? Get something completely different not even close to resembling it.I only wish there was a different location to go to, I can't "come back in" every single time , or any time for that matter...for them to correct these mistakes. I just can't make it back in, and they're constantly crediting my account it seems. These inconveniences and screw ups have taken their toll on me over the last 3 years and I've started to hate ordering from here. Reluctant to return, but I still do just not often anymore.
Just Called in,got put on hold no biggy. They answer as I'm parking, told 10-15min wait. Walk in both employees are on Thier phones. I tell them I just ordered on the phone and one employee puts phone down and gets up. 3muns later I have my bowl. Place needs management. Just stealing company time ?
Multiple experiences of having to wait more than a half hour for my order while the teens on staff were in the kitchen just recording dance videos. Location definitely has management issues

Horrible wait time, understaffed. 30 people waiting for bowls with one cashier as to 1 person makes bowls in the back on a Sunday.Won’t be be back to this location
Wheelchair accessible. Vegan. Vegetarian. Plenty of parking. Ideal meetup spot or one stop shop while day shopping. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating and speedy service. Great location and easy to notice from a street view. Great spot for for a healthy alternative, but also pairs well with 5 Guys next door. Balance, ?? Highlights: quality and convenience.My go-to orders are the Vitality Bowl and Dessert Bowl with Pineapple (in the picture below).
