Great food and solid service. We ate on the back deck which is not as loud as inside and has a nice view overlooking the creek. Really enjoyed the salmon and octopus, as well as our cocktails (margarita and La Frida) and, with dinner, the Mexican white and red blend wines which they sell by the glass. A little pricey, but worth it.

Way too loud. Foods good but won’t be back because of the noise level

Great food and wonderful service. We’re so happy you opened here…total neighborhood gem! Thank you.

came on a wednesday evening and less than handful of tables being used. we waited a really long time to be acknowledged, given our ordered drinks, and then served our food. food and service were just ok and on the pricier side so most likely won’t be back for awhile if at all

We keep coming back. The food is consistently very good with truly authentic ingredients.

Food was delicious, and service was great! We had the chorizo empanadas, Tzunan salad, yucca chips and salsa, lobster tacos, steak tacos, and churros. Highly recommend the yucca chips, lobster tacos, and churros in particular but no complaints about any of the food. Our server was great and steered us away from some dishes she heard were not the best, like the cactus salad. She even brought us a small sampling of cactus from the cactus salad because we were intrigued, and we were grateful she suggested a different salad (cactus is an acquired taste). It is pricey unfortunately (3 fairly small lobster tacos were $26), so we likely won’t be able to go too often. But we will still definitely be back because we had a great time. Sit on the patio if possible - you feel transported to a completely different place.

Love this new restaurant in Pleasant Hill. The outside deck is wonderful as it is a little loud inside. Great mezcal cocktails and delicious food. Only complaint is that I wish they had tortilla chips vs. tostada crisps and the side of rice was very watery and more like a puree. We will definitely be back!

Gerardo was amazing! He took the time to share the specials with us, dazzled us with a drink display (Tulum Nights). The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere is top notch. Would come back again and again for special occasions. They also offer happy hour.

We had a great meal that filled us up! We started with the chicharrones which had a nice spice kick on them. For dinner I ordered the chorizo & potato empanadas with a side of rice and my husband got the tacos dorados. We were so full after our meals but still ordered the churros (comes with 4) which were pleasantly soft compared to the more crispy style of churro. Service was also very attentive making sure our water was refilled. We are inside but the patio looked like a great option too with heaters for winter and fully shaded for summer. We will definitely be back!

Took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was . Started with shrimp ceviche and beef empanadas both were awesome. My son had lobster tacos and I had crab Taquitos both outstanding. For dessert we had flan that was awesome and churros. I would eat here again !!
