Lupita was great, but the manager a tall male was very rude how he talks to customers. Lost a customer today.
Sandwiches are always good. Wish they'd bring back the egg salad.
Terrible customer service and they never have my order ready when I order online...there is always an excuse as to why my order is not ready. Very unprofessional...and they should be put out of business.
They made the uber delivery driver wait more than hour for two sandwiches. Wrong chips, missing avocado even though we paid for it. Horrible service.

Did an online order they got 4 of 5 sandwiches wrong. They ran out of certain type of bread and didn't say anything to us. Tried to call them and was left on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on me. I have been going to this one for year but I'll be finding a different one or going to find a different sandwich place.
Customer service is garbage, quality of sandwiches are bad. Find yourself a different Togo’s.
Shows open till 7 pm on Sunday. Drive 15 minutes only to find the doors locked.
