I like the food but it always seems like chaos when I pick up. Chips usually empty, always ask if I want chips then I say they're empty so I wait. Nothing happens for awhile so I leave. I try to go where its owner operator, can't believe owner works here just don't see pride in operation. Maybe owners menu and workers performing it. I always tip generously. Tip to the owner, pay your people well or close your business, or get to work. One more chance then I'm done.
Very good deal for your money. I needed to shop at Grocery Outlet, but found myself to be very hungry. I stopped in for a bite, and two tacos with free chops and salsa was more than enough for me! The chips were hot and fresh, and there was a good variety of salsas. However, I ordered the guacamole, and found it to be too acidic tasting. It would have been more than enough food without it.
I did not feel good when I entered this restaurant, there were two flies on the tables. however, I stayed there because I was so hungry. Our food came quickly, and it looked so delicious, and I was enjoying the food, that I suddenly found a piece of hair ? completely ruined my appetite ?When I told the cashier, he said that we do not have blond hair, while the hair I found was black and short. He wanted to say that it is my hair, while my hair is long and curly. He could have apologized, but he refused. Unfortunately, I was so shocked and angry that I forgot to take a photo. I will not go back there at all.

They have great food the prices are pretty good the only bad thing is if you call around 945 or 950 they’re technically still open for 15 to 10 minutes and they dodged the call so they don’t have to make any more food and that’s not right even McDonald’s or Jack-in-the-Box if they close at 10 and you walk in at 9:59 they will serve you so that’s why I only give them a three star because I’ve been very hungry before numerous of times and I’ll call at 9:50 or even 947 and they won’t answer the phone and I’ll keep calling and calling and they’ll just keep not answering and that’s bad for business that’s not the way to do it and that’s not the way you treat your customers the customers are the ones that keep the business going with spending money and for them to not answer calls to service is very bad
Friendly staff and tasty fare. My steak and seafood Molcajete (even though I had to order it as a take-out) was great and easily served two. I suspect it would have been even better if I had ordered it for dine-in.
Got the combo plate tamale enchilada and a crunchy taco . Everything was chicken an cooked fine but lacked in flavor. My lady got a super burrito she liked it . Definitely load up at the salsa bar when you go . But good customer service very clean inside . I hope I just caught them on a bad day it's hard to find good Mexican food in the east bay .
Only issue i had was that the Super Quesadilla was tiny.

Solid 3.5.Place is new and clean. Prices are standard. Nice that they have a vegetarian menu section, though I didn't try it.Crispy taco was good and pretty big.Tamale only comes in chicken. The masa is really soft and the texture is excellent.Jumbo burrito isn't too big, about standard for a lot of places' super burrito. Price is similar too, so nbd.Chili verge taco - Slightly below average. Would not recommend the Chili Verde.Pastor, which is what I always get at Mexican restaurants is good.Steak/asada - averageCarnitas - Usually I'm scared to order this in most places because I tend to be disappointed, but here is was very good. Some crispiness to it and very tasty. Definitely would eat this again!The red sauce at the condiment bar was not good. Tastes strongly of canned tomato sauce.The pico de Gallo was average to slightly below average.It's worth a try at the very least.
