I am truly grateful for the team at this Starbucks!! They are so kind, attentive & hardworking. My drink always taste amazing & you can tell they put some love in it. Shoutout to Lisa, Jaden, Andrea & Jonsey for the great customer service. You all are truly amazing! ?
Been coming here for years, but no more. This has become a homeless hangout INSIDE the store. The smell is unbelievable and I’m pretty sure the entire back bench along the windows is now unsanitary based on what I was smelling and seeing. I leaned on the tall center table thinking that at least that area was clean and but nope it was sticky and now my forearms wreak and have wash up when I get to work. I’m done with this location. Hope corporate sees this and does something about it.
They are have a to much worker and they are talking a lot and they don’t care about the customers that’s second time I didn’t pick up my coffee and my coffee is ready but they are didn’t give it to me
I usually don’t write reviews, but felt it was needed. I ordered 2 iced drinks. Both with light ice. The 1st iced Matcha Tea latte had a lot of ice, so the barista remade the drink. She seemed a little annoyed. Then I get my 2nd drink, and it’s filled with 1/2 foam. So the cup was only 1/2 filled with the drink. I said something to the girl, and she again was annoyed, and said she would have to remake it again. I said forget it, because I had to go. I go to Starbucks a lot, and never had customer service that bad.
Absolutely totally rude person making the drinks...not worth calling him a barista cause he does not deserve that. I know workers are hard to come by but Starbucks this guy is bad for business..I will never come here again. A lady in front of me asked for something and he yelled at her...I asked for a bit more milk and he snarled at me "thats all I get"..Starbucks you need to get control of your biz
I love the way they make my coffee, however, very difficult to order ahead. They always have, cannot order ahead on. Why I don’t know, there’s always plenty of staff. This past weekend it was closed until Monday. Seems like they decided they didn’t want to work last minute!
I went to this starbucks today and ask for pink drink but it taste like only almond milk. Every time I order pink drink here, it taste different and sometimes tasteless and if I customize a drink they always do it wrong. I'm truly disappointed

Ended up doing a mobile order from a different store, but even though they were really busy, the barista made it right and got me the drinks I ordered. They went above and beyond! Thanks so much, you guys rock!!
