Great BBQ meats expertly smoked. My only complaint is each of their sides has something that's a little weird. It's like they are trying too hard to be different and spin the classics.
Meat was so good that you don’t want to use the sauce (although the sauce is good too). The meat flavor is more than enough to stand on its own. Nothing is overly greasy or salty like some BBQ places that leave you with the meat sweats. Best BBQ I have had on the West coast.
Came here unexpectedly today with a friend while visiting the coffee place next door. Got a loaded baked potato with brisket and a Sierra mist. Omg that potato was so good. The brisket tasted amazing. I definitely want to come here on purpose to have it again. My only complaint is the amount of fatty bits that were in the meat, I had to take it out and give it to my friend. But other than that, absolutely delicious.
We had a to go order which consisted of a Ruben Sandwich with Smoked Corned Beef. Large chunks of meat piled high. Comes with a side and drink. Our side was Mac N Cheese which was very creamy. The one thing you must try is the loaded sweet potato tots. A large portion of sheer epicness. A very affordable price and between us two we could not finish and we split the sandwich! Quality food of quantity with a great staff makes this worthy of 5 stars.Highly recommended
I've been to this place a few times. I always can't wait to get my grub on that I always forget to take pictures.I highly recommend the beef rib, honestly that's all you need. Loaded baked potato is fire. Maple bacon cake was different but reminded me of the maple bacon donuts you can buy. If you enjoy those you'd love thisI didn't really care for the mac n cheese and the ribs. I was a little disappointed that the rib didn't fall off the bone was a little tough.Service was above and beyond. I can't wait to come back and try the brisket nachos and sweet potato tots
The cold slaw is the bomb.
The cold slaw is the bomb
The brisket sandwich is extraordinary. The coleslaw has no mayo, but is really good. The pimento cheese dip and our sides of fries and mac and cheese were meh. The service was fast and very accommodating.
This was my second time picking up food to go. I was here a few months ago and everything we ordered over the phone was good. I decided to drive down and order in person this time . I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by a gentleman by the name of Kyle. Kyle is a keeper for sure. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about all the different questions I asked him. He made recommendations which helped. The St. Louis Ribs we’re very meaty and juicy and spiced just right. Not greasy at all. The loaded baked potato was very good(I could only eat a couple bites) I’ll save that as it’s a meal in itself. I also ordered a Rueben sandwich and had to take a small bite just to taste it. That sandwich is at least 2 meals, it’s HUGE and super juicy! All around great experience! I only had to wait about 10-12 minutes from start to finish.I drove from 18 minutes to get there and it was TOTALLY worth the drive. I wish they would open in Danville, San Ramon or Dublin! I think they are the BEST BBQ place hands down. They not only have great food, but their customer service is top notch! They had several specials too - I’ll have to try on my next visit.
Tots were good. didn't care for the mustard forward dipping sauce. Ribs were dry and didn't like either of the sauces. Prime Rib dip was yummy, could use more meat, but good. Hated the cole slaw. Sorry, really wanted to like it.
