Ordered delivery from here. Everything was fine but they forgot all the ranch. The 2 that came Free and the one I PAID for. I drove to the location and let them know. The person working at the front was nice and gave me the ranch plus some. But I feel like I’m probably not the only person that ends up having this issue.
This location has yet to get an order right. We’ve ordered probably half a dozen times and have finally accepted defeat and won’t ever be back. Every time the wait to pickup is way longer than expected. Tonight I ordered online, go there to pick up 30 min later, for them to say the couldn’t make one of the pizzas with the crust we ordered. So instead of calling me to ask what we wanted they waited till we showed up and hadn’t even started the order. Told us “could take more than 45 min.” Here we are an hour later on the phone with them and they haven’t even started the order… they forgot about it. Stuff like this happens every time we go. We won’t be back.
I'm a little disappointed. Round Table is my favorite pizza but I went there tonight and there was almost no sauce on it. There was just enough to turn the crust red. And the sauce is the best part of Round Table pizza.
Friendly staff, great customer service!
We were the only people in there when I ordered my kid a small cheese. After waiting 30 minutes and watching half the employees just hanging around talking, I go up to the counter. When one of them decided they were done chatting, they said all pizzas take that long, but as I'm leaving an employee told me a individual cheese should never take more than 15. If nothing else, at least my kid liked the pizza.

Tonight was my third experience with this RTP 3 times us a charm to make a decision never order from this place ever again. Every time there has been a different issue. There is a low natal in acknowledging a mistake. Cosumer service is an indication of lack of good training!. Tonight I ordered through slice. After 2 hours of waiting of which"the app was indicating" Arriving soon" I finally called . First she said they lost my pizza then she said we couldn't understand your order. No apology No expression of costumer services . This was the third time I had an issue with a mistake in preparing my order. I believe, there is something seriously wrong with taking online order with this location. They need to get serious in training with handling online orders.
Pizza is good, the location appears a little run down. I like to call ahead and pick up, but even waiting for my order is uncomfortable because of the condition of the interior. The food is good but I would only consider for takeout or delivery.
Disgusting. Pizza was filled with 2 inch plastic strands. I called and was told it was from a brush that was used. Unacceptable and got a complete run around for a refund.
