Great coffee and a place in the Pleasant Hill Square with fire pit. Great baristas and food and movie theater and shopping right next door. Zack's pizza if you great Chicago pizza.Plunty of parking and cool atmosphere.
Great service, friendly and fast. Not crowded at the time we went in ( around 3:30 pm ).
Everyone is nice, but one of the managers can be a bit abrupt, and some register staff are under trained and don't always know the answer to things, but i like thos location mainly because 99% very helpful staff
I live in Downtown Pleasant Hill and go to this Peets more than weekly. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. The service is quick, and best of all, the drinks are great. I also order food there often. Have no complaints there either. Definitely better than a certain competitor over by Safeway, we’ll call them Buckstars
Not great. 30 minutes for coffee is way too long.Arrived at 10am - granted this was a Saturday. Waited in line for 10 minutes to place our order. Tried to use the bathroom - it was filthy, no headgaskets, no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, no sanitizer. That should have been a tip off to cancel our order and leave!Waited another 20 minutes for our order. Finally gave up. We had a hard stop at 10:30 and had to leave w/o our order. It was NOT a complicated order!!!This location is horribly understaffed.
Long lines, never friendly service, never fast service, good parking, prices higher, very basic and less glitter than Starbucks

While this place is typically packed an a line out the door. Since they now require proof of vaccine or a negative test to enter…for coffee. There’s like no one inside. So if you want to get coffee with no lines. This is your place I guess. But don’t worry. The hair salon next door doesn’t require it.
