The contra costa mask mandate has been gone for weeks and they have a no mask no service policy. I understand very few businesses require masks and that’s respectable ever so they provide masks. This place doesn’t even provide masks and they’re staff is not polite. That’s not the worst part the cleanliness of this place is maybe a 2 out 5(5 being the highest). If they truly cared about covid spreading they would start by better hygiene at their place. Hopefully they change this soon or business will be slower than what it seems to be now.
Horrible business! They don’t think about their customers! Any respectable business would provide masks for their customers if they have mask mandate policy unlike other business in the same area!
Serving size is bigger than most boba places but the price is a bit too high but overall it's an ok drink with d lot of different flavors and boba flavors like no other
My family and I had been Milk Tea Lab's customers since 2016. It was great in the past 4 years. While their customer service and drink have gotten worse in the last 2 years, we still come back to support the business, especially during the pandemic. However, from today (Saturday, Jan 22nd) moving forward, we've decided that we would not be coming back again. So, here isthe story: we tried to call around 8:00 pm four times to place our orders as usual, but nobody picked up the phone. We thought something could have happened to the phone or they were too busy to answer the phone. So before we came to the store, we gave them several other calls (6-7 times) but no one answered. Then we decided to drive there around 9:00 pm only to find that the stored was closed 2 hours before the closing time they posted on google which was 11:00 pm. Also, their online order still let us ordering drinks (what if we ordered online, and went there with losing money and was for nothing). Not to mention to the online ordering system, we did use the online ordering a few times, and the 3 times ordering we went to pick-up 30 minutes later, no drinks had not been made, and we had to wait for the staff to figure out what drinks they need to make, and we had to wait for another 15 minutes. Everything was such a waste of time. Today, you lose a loyal customer.
Got taro milk tea on door dash from here the picture was purple as taro milk tea always is , but my sister got chicken and they did not bring it and the taro was white chalky chunky and tasted like cauliflower
so dissapointing!! i ordered chicken wings and i got fries and 2 pcs of chicken tenders! and i add boba on my honey roast milk tea but there's none! even the grass jelly was not in it! ?? trying to call the store but no one answer!!
Love their boba! I was recommended to try the honey roasted milk tea and it was really good. I was able to do less sugar and it was perfect! The staff were friendly too. Definitely coming back!!
This place didn’t even have boba in stock when I went in to get a drink. Also idk what they put in their drinks but I got the gnarliest stomach ache of my life and almost threw up. My stomach is super sensitive to artificial ingredients and I suspect their drinks are very artificial because of my reaction. T4 and Sharetea are way better and have never upset my tummy.
They price up their boba drink but lower the quality ?It’s a Jasmin milktea with boba from them in the picture.
