This is another second experience with trying to order some food with being turned away at 6pm being told its closing soon try both ways to place order with first visit to drive thru an This day had decided going inside and was turned away from being able to place order. I didn't know they'd be closing so early around dinner time and had still plenty cars in drive thru. Won't be going back to this location
I have never enjoyed chicken from KFC and this place specifically. I ordered their chicken from DoorDash and I had food poisoning for a few days.
Same flavor that's great but still with the only orders to go thing ?
We got the 12 piece tenders meal. The sides were great (mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and mac and cheese) but these were the smallest tenders I've ever seen. Being so small they were overcooked and not tender. For over $40 it was not worth it.
First of all, I deliver food for Doordash. I dealt with a lot of food restaurants and saw how they prepare and pack their food. That KFC is the worst place I delivered food from. They are always extremely late preparing the order so that customers are always mad at the delivery drivers who are not guilty at all. It is that KFC's stuff fault. Their stuff just walks around doing nothing and tries to stay away from customers. It is disrespectful and incompetent. Last time, I had a delivery order from that KFC which I accepted a d eventually regretted. When I picked it up, it was okay. But when I delivered it to the customer, the bag with food had so much water in there that all food and everything else in it got wet. It happened because they put too much liquid to the container with corn that It spilled out in the bag. The customer was very upset. I will never accept any order from them or even stop by that worst place. I highly suggest everyone to stay away from that place ??????
I've been there few times..each time I say do not go back there...but they are close.....small pics and mostly covered in crispy.dip.tto.make look larger...ordered choc shake.i.get home.its strawberry...or missing the coleslaw...I'm not going there again
The line was long but they got us through fairly quickly. The cashier was friendly but clearly rushed. They were out of large and medium cups and gave me a small cup. The cashier did not mention it until I questioned it (not sure it occurred to him). I ordered diet A&W root beer but the first one tasted like regular cola and the 2nd one tasted like diet cola. It looked like there were only two people working. It seemed like they were working really hard trying to make due with what they had. I have not felt more sorry for a person working under bad conditions as I felt that day. I wanted to ask them if I could help them.
Disappointing experience, waited 30 minutes to pickup an order that was supposed to be ready before I went there , the floor was so sticky that I thought it hasn't been cleaned in a while and the guy at the front was doing his thing for 5 minutes without asking what I needed.
Place SUCKS in Capital letters. Orderd online went to pick up the 16 Original pieces I ordered the app telling me they are ready but waited for someone to attend finally they ask for my name 5 min later they come and ask me if it's OK with me for half and half, I said no. Obviously cause they sold all my original pieces because they didn't care less with online orders. Moments later I guess the person in charge asked me for my card and refunds my money no explanation what so ever. I hope Google can update their reviews and start putting -☆.Worst KFC I've been.
Poor customer service.Looks like the people that work there only want to get outa there. Don't order online they will sell all your chicken to the drive through before you get your chicken.
