Very hard to order online. Half the items saying not available, but when I get to the store they are available, but an employee just didn't take the time to change it on Google maps ordering.
I work across the street, I come a lot and never get good business. I always get attitude and disrespect from the employees. They never are open on time. I went to come in today at 10:30AM and the door was lock and they aren't answering the phone. They need a new manager and employees, possibly new owner. I'm going to Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Panera Bread, Au Bon Pain and Vitamix. AVOID THIS JAMBA JUICE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
My visit here today was horrible. I have been to many other Jumba cafes and none of them have been as bad as this one. First of all, there was lots of wait to order as well as to prepare the drinks. Even though we waited one hour just to get out of there the staff seemed to not care that they made us wait so long. That made it so that we couldn't walk through the rest of the shopping center. I think that any other place would've done a better job in terms of timing and service. I really regret having wasted my money here and hope to not come back.
I liked there acai bowl it was good. They were out of bowls that day, so it was in cup which was kind of difficult to have. There roll was nice and hot
The cashier Amberrose was so kind and friendly I gave a tip just bc of how nice they were. Iconic.
Every time I come here...morning or lunch it's a 20 or more wait for 1 simple drink. They are slow to start and slow to finish. It seems they prioritize the deliveries over the people who come in to order. There is something wrong with this location because it's always like this. 20 mins is too long to wait for a drink.
Took way too long. Just to put an order in. I understand she was new but there was no team effort. Its 3 ppl in there and three of them on the register trying to figure it out. Then when I said can one of you work on the smoothie while the rest of you figure it out, she gave me snide comment and didn't do what I suggested. Once she finishe helping at the register instead of helping me she resumed setting up instead of making my smoothie.
I got hooked on smoothies for breakfast for years I went here every morning. Then I moved to were there wasn't any and for years I made my own but recently moved back and I'm so glad to be able to just go to the store that started me on this health kick. I feel so much healthier these day and I know it because of switching to smoothies in the morning' and a sensible lunch and a big home cooked dinner. no fast food .it will changed you life. I swear to it.

My Faaaaaaav???I can have the acai antioxidant and/or any other juice or smoothie plus waffles for 365days in a year. Not even exaggerating, that's how much I love Jamba juice. Was in the area, found one and I made a stop❤very beautiful neighborhood and surrounding, very good parking, clean store, very lovely and Beautiful staff.Stop by at this one or any other jamba juice will ya??
