To start with, I'm not a huge fan of fast food. My kids love it though.I do have to say that the food was fresh, and looked really good. (Not smashed like some places do).On top of that the staff that helped us were really friendly and helpful.
I drove up to drive thru, this store! #21482 And employees at this time and this shift, is the worst customer service I have experienced !!! Manager wants back the food? And drink ? Due missed order and communication!! And misunderstanding, So I gave it back! So then I asked my credit card back with my refund back to my card! And so for my experience? In this store And location ? Mic needs to retrain...And I shall NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND LOCATION EVER!
The "dining room open" is a lie; the people inside visibly ignored me after having been waiting at the front door for a bit and wathing them work through the window.At.least have the guts to tell me to fucx off in my face and take off the dining room open sign, please.Ps: the only thing more disappointing than my experience today was the disgusting standarized 'corporatese' responses for other comments regarding the closed lobby issue.
I always have bad service here. Very long waits and they don’t acknowledge you at the window at all. Also they tell you to hold on when you’re about to order and I’ve been left for up to 7 minutes until I reminded them that I was waiting on them. Also always ask for your receipt because they don’t give it to you and don’t tell you the price and twice I’ve caught that they gave me the wrong order and charged me more than what I originally ordered. Jack in the box used to be my favorite place in a different city so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I always end up regretting the 20 minute wait to get through the line and sometimes cold food.
Food was nasty seemed like it was microwaved and gave to me. The food was for my kids and I couldn't believe how not fresh it was. Very disappointed ?

Great, the young man that took my order was friendly and the service was quick and my tacos were yummy. Bring back the Super Taco please.?
I rarely eat fast food but my granddaughter wanted a milkshake on they home. The guy that took our order was warm & courteous, my granddaughter enjoyed her shake, got to say I did too ^_~
When I went to this location today to order food, I tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I got in my car, but got turned away at the drive-through. Only doordash orders were being accepted. There was no signage saying any of this and the google listing said that the drive-through was open. My time was wasted coming here. The person talking at the drive-through was curt and impolite about it. Not sure what was going on, but I was disappointed and am hesitant on coming back.Went to McDonalds down the street and it was like night and day. There, I got my fast food fix in a prompt and polite manner.
Sign says open inside till 10pm. But it's locked when I stopped by at 8pm on foot. It would be nice to have to proper hours posted.
