If you want breakfast or a very decent burger and fries in Martinez this is the spot. Locals call it Tweekburger because of a long history but there are new owners who have hired not Tweeks.
Absolutely still the bomb digity even after 40 years of visiting. Wishing Dean and Nick's family the best and hoping the new owners carry on the same focus and attention to the customer and please don't change the Biscuits and Gravy.

Food still good. They changed the ham and cheese grilled sandwich. One thick piece of ham. Better before...more thinner pieces. Good gravy good fries..nice people.

I typically love these types of places, but this one misses the mark. Firstly, it's 100% cash only - in 2022, in the Bay Area. Second - Biscuits and Gravy - biscuits were not very good, weird consistency and tough to cut through. Asked for a side of sausage to add to the biscuits. Sausage ended up costing .50 more than the entire biscuits and gravy entree, and for that price - it was a small side of like microwavable sausage links.Staff was friendly, that's the extra star.
Their food here is really good downsize they only take cash no debit card
