Always great food. Been coming here since my middle school days. Nice little desserts and filling sandwiches. Atmosphere is homey. Bring cash or use grocery outlet next door to get cash.
Delicious at a great price! We were impressed by the quality and taste of their offerings- tender shrimp for cocktail, crisp-skinned sourdough, and flavorsome chowder and sandwiches.We ordered a daily special #1 (shrimp cocktail + clam chowder + sourdough roll) for $8.75, and a dungeness crab sandwich on a sweet french roll (our choice of bread, and also came with a bag of chips) for $11 or so.Unfortunately, their espresso machine was out of order today, so I couldn't also try their espresso milkshakes. :( Highly recommend the rest!
They have a really good crab melt sandwich. So if you like crab meat this is the place to order a crab melt sandwich. The owner goes directly to Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco to pick up fresh crab. They post a sign on door saying they have crab. Enjoy!
