Ordered catering for my coworkers on our lunch breaks. Our lunch comes and the food has been marked as delivered online, but upon calling the restaurant after half an hour of confusion, I am told the food is still sitting not picked up by anyone. Myself and coworkers were left burritoless and hungry on our lunches.Chipotle partners with doordash to deliver catering orders you place through their website. At no point does it disclose delivery is through doordash, as opposed to their own driver. Since placed through chipotle's website, doordash could not issue me a refund. But doordash did already send chipotle their portion of the order money back, shortly after the incident.It's been 4 weeks since my original order. I called the chipotle catering hotline, as directed by the store manager, 4 weeks ago the evening of the not delivered order. Still no refund has been given even after numerous calls back and forth and being thrown through the "let me direct your call" wringer plenty of times over the course of the last 4 weeks. A multibillion dollar company that can't issue refunds in a timely manner, assuming they do issue me one at all.
?????????????????????????????? I ordered from this spot and my order notes were forgotten. I called to get it resolved and spent ten minutes screaming at the stupid automated system before finally getting transferred to the store. Then after I finally get to speak to a human, they totally blew off their error and offered no means of correction, then put me on hold to “get a manager” and never came back to the phone. Radio silence for ten minutes and then they hung up on me. I used to love this spot but after being treated like this, I doubt I’ll be returning. Hopefully the other locations are better organized, more attentive, and actually care about their customers. Spent twenty bucks and all it got me was a soggy burrito and a major headache. ????????????????????????????
Poor management as they always mess up our on line orders, left lettuce out of salad, mixed meat in with chicken, put hot sauce on mild request for salad, added rice when requested no rice. When we come in to order, they fill phone orders first and you can wait for more than 10 minutes till they ask what you want. Not going to this Chipotle any more. The one on contra costa blvd is better service
Love the healthy food here! I ordered ahead of time on the app. Found out when I got there, after waiting a while, they don’t put the food on the pickup shelves anymore. People have been stealing it. Ask the cashier if your order is ready. This might change in the future, after February 2022.
It's very common they will get your online order wrong and will be late on getting your order out. You're better off going in and ordering in person, if you have the time.
Since moving to the area, we’ve tried a few different Chipotle locations and have had no real positive experiences. However, we tried this location tonight and it exceeded expectations!!! Very friendly staff, nice portions (which is rare!) and very fast and efficient. We had such a great experience. Highly recommend this location!
Worst Chipotle ever! From the service to the food. More than half of the steak served was fat.
Good food, fast food preparation, tailor your food your way, pricey, good parking, easy to take out, outdoor seating available.
I'm only give them 2 starts because the amount they serve me was extremely ridiculous. I think is this location because in any other Chipotle you get good portions. Also the food is good there. But I paid 10.50 for my food and it didn't fill my bowl
really 3.5 stars. this crew was trying hard but I didn't see a leader. even with one person ahead it was a 10 minute wait. Zero ambiance, I saw staff overwrapping burritos, the prep ingredient weren't ready, etc. just a host of nitpicky complaints, the most serious of which was a posted placard requiring Vax cards and then no one asking to see them. on the plus side, they all wore gloves and were quite polite.
