CAREFUL - this store will NOT give the food you PAID online.Since COVID-19, I often order food from the restaurant website. E.g. Taco Bell, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, etc. I will PRE-PAY online and pick up the food.For this location, this is what happened:1. Order from bostonmarket.com and pay online.2. Order is confirmed and your credit card charged.3, Drive to this store to pick up the food.4. The store will REFUSE to give you food because the staff said they "do not honor online order".5. Staff will tell you to call Corporate office to get a refund.So you order food, the store will not give what you paid for and you need to get a refund by calling Corporate office (not the store). This can take days and in the meantime, you do not get what you ordered.This sounds almost like a scam - a website that tell you that you can order food online but the store will not give you food.My recommendation:1. File a chargeback with your credit card company. The more people do this, the more Visa/MasterCard/Amex will know and eventually refuse Boston Market from accepting credit card.2. Submit a complain at bostonmarket.com.

All the food overcooked or burnt. Too bad cause I used to love BM.
Thanksgiving was an absolute disaster. There were only 4 ppl working, the line to pickup was around the building onto the Main Street, and nothing was prepared. After waiting nearly 3 hours we were handed a frozen turkey! Frozen!
If I could, I would have given 1/2 star. The most ridiculously run business promoting Thanksgiving dinners. Waited well over 1 1/2 hours for a family Turkey dinner and still in line! I understand interruptions in the supply chain, but this is ridiculous. The manager should be retrained to do proper inventory control and personnel efficiency management. Never again Boston Market!
You this Boston market must be under new management or different approach by headquarters.I have been a customer in the Pleasant Hill CA restaurant for several years. I order in and out.I have ordered the roasted turkey breasts with creamed spinach and sweet potatoes. It has always been good , but tonight’s deleted order was spectacular. The turkey in beautiful slices with a little gravy on each slice. The gravy used by to be rather flavorless but this gravy was delicious and to my surprise there was a decent sized container on the side. The spinach and yams were the usual excellent.It is not often I write such a glowing review but something in this location serves 5 stars. I would like this review to go to the restaurant and to Management.Bill W
With tons of fast food places around this is a nice place to eat some comfort food! It is holiday food anytime!
Ordered 3 piece chicken meal, and waited for 20 min. I understand that the staff is short staffed and most likely stressful for the workers.Lady behind the counter was disorganized, didn’t know about the online order, place internally was not clean, two people working seem overwhelmed and short staffed. Waited another 40 min and finally food was ready!! Also the food served looked cold and looked as if it’s been sitting for a day or so. Disappointed.
drove 45min to get my thansgiving dinner for my family...i got there a huge line..one of the employee came out side and let us know they were so short under staff....why a company do the to their employee...i just thought everyone called in sick or just took. the day off...but now i understand they been understaff for i dont know how..my family had no thansgiving dinner.....i also was upset because the girl seems to be very stress....i hope she gets a good bonus....and they charge my credit card......very UPSET
We ordered our food 3 weeks and advance only for us to wait in line for 2 and a half hours and not get food. The whole staff quit and they made the food while people got there. Worst experience ever.
