*update 3-20-22*It wasn't giving me an option to post a new review, so I'll just add to this one. Every time we go here, it progressively gets worse. At least the self serve kiosk was actually functional for once, where as it usually isn't every single other time we've gone in. Tonight there was almost no one at this location, and we still waited at least 10 minutes for our food, despite their being 3 people in the kitchen. When we finally did get our food, as per also usual, we had an entire item missing from our order and I had to go up and ask for it. Ontop of a missing item, two items were made incorrectly. Additionally, all of our burgers were over cooked and the food was almost overly salty. Sad to say but we won't be frequenting this establishment anymoreBeen here twice so far. The first time we came we were pleased. The food was good and we got our food relatively quickly even though there was a HUGE to go order ahead of us. We came back tonight and were not as pleased. The kiosk (both this time and the first time) were not loading, so we placed a mobile order from our phone. We did the same thing this evening, and an entire item was just magically erased from our order. We ordered 3 burgers and only 2 were accounted for and displayed on the receipt. And yes, the burger in question had been added to the order. Not only did we have to re-order the missing item, but the fries were almost ice cold. I really had hope for this place. So I'll give them a few more tries, but very disappointed with tonight's visit
Burnt my chicken for my salad. Oil for fries needs changed, it was old and stale tasting. Fries were cold. 1st time and last time we will eat there! Should have just played it safe and went to in n out!
Waited 20 min for two burgers. ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY. Asked for some one to clean our table. Never happened. Our country is dealing comming out of Covid, and restaurants can't clean there tables and floors.That's not good.
Edit- Um, we're over this location. Manager went from touching money, to touching the screen to handling food without washing hands. Not hygienic practices. We expect better from food handlers. Sorry. Won't be back. Much disappoint. ?Love the Habit! Nice location with outdoor seating. Got a mushroom burger and salad today. The bun was nice and toasty but a little chewy and stale like it had sat out a bit long and wasn't as fresh as it could be. The salad was huge. Delicious. Looking forward to coming back to try the teriyaki burger and sweet potato fries. The limeade was delicious.
Great food when it's actually hot. We decided to go curbside and order through their app. We arrive and let them know we were there and we continued to wait for 30 minutes longer. Our food was finally brought to us (even though there was a vehicle there before us and waited a lot longer than us)and all burgers were cold and the onion rings were ice cold. Upon getting home we opened up on of the burgers only to find it was thrown together. Don't bother with curbside until they can get their act together.
We order at work a few times a month. EVERY time we get the order they forget not just one but multiple items. Today it was two sides of onion rings. Last time it was a whole meal missing. I think they need to figure out a better way to make sure the orders are whole. Too bad too because the burgers are good. I am not talking about huge orders either. Just usually 5-6 people.
I came in very close to closing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and wait was short. Stacy made sure my order was made correctly and made me feel welcome even though I came in 10 minutes before closing. We will definitely be returning to the Placerville location!
When they first opened the burgers were awesome. Recently they’ve been going downhill it seems. Long wait times for food. The burgers have been sloppily put together, buns have been flat and dry. The chicken club barely had any chicken, plus the chicken was super dry. Pretty disappointing because it was so good in the beginning.
This place is so tasty! Even better though, the customer service is amazing.Specifically Stacy, she was extremely kind to me and gave me extra barbecue and ranch.Thank you Stacy, give her a raise please!?
We order food from here all the time now that they’re here! Vicki, Brenda, and all the staff at the Habit Placerville are always so nice and provide wonderful service! Not to mention, the food is always on point!
