The shop/service itself I have no complaints about. The staff has never gotten our order wrong when we do go. The biggest downside to this Taco Bell is the location. It's in an old town with an old design, yet it is one of the most popular fast food places to stop at in the area (especially on the way to Tahoe). If you're not pressed for time, then this is a good stop.

I mean to leave a review every time I come here but always forget. This location gets it right 99.9% of the time! I come here a few times a month and have a ton of modifications due to dietary needs. They always get every detail right. The only time they got it wrong I’m pretty sure they just accidentally gave me the wrong bag. I appreciate the attention to detail while also getting the orders done quickly. They’ve proven themselves so many times I don’t have to check the bag when I receive it. Thank you!

We eat here from time to time because we love Taco Bell and this one is the closest. More than half of the time the food is either stale and cold or the special instructions are ignored. They try to make the chalupa shells ahead of time and won’t listen that they get cold and stale super fast. They’re way to understaffed and it’s ruining this store

This Taco Bell seems to move at slower than a snails pace everytime I go. They always have a line wrapped around the parking lot and even if you're only 3 cars behind odds are you'll be there 30 min. When you get your order a majority of the time it's wrong and the other half things are missing or sloppily made. Their employees never offer anything for taking days to make your food even with having 6 employees inside. Not to mention the lobby is closed 24/7 and if your food is wrong odds are you're going to be waiting in the outrageous drive thru line AGAIN! Thought it was a Staffing issue but now I'm starting to realize it's just lazy and incompetent workers. I don't recommend this taco bell you're better off driving down to cameron park taco bell.

To the managers, the employees who work on Saturday April 9th, 2022 between 12:45-1:00pm. We ordered our meals, leave the drive through to find we weren’t given sauce, silverware, and napkins. Get home and find we only have 2 items that we actually ordered. Definitely not impressed with your employees working this shift.

My family and I love to treat ourselves to Taco Bell from time to time. However not having the lobby open is frustrating. I understand that they're understaffed but their drive-thru line gets so long that sometimes you end up waiting in it for 45 minutes. They need to get some more help there, and they need to make it easier on their employees.I feel so badly for the employees because they get yelled at, treated badly, and it's not fair because it's not their fault they're understaffed. The manager and drive through personal is always so nice.Taco Bell corporation needs to do something about this location in Placerville. It's not fair to the workers, as well as it's not fair to the people who enjoy going there. I can't tell you how many times that we plan to go to Taco Bell and ended up taking our business elsewhere, because we didn't feel like waiting in line for 45 minutes.Also a lot of the times they get our order wrong, almost every time actually. With the Lobby closed you either have to just deal with not getting all of your food, or the wrong food or you have to go get back in the Drive-Thru line because if you knock on the door people are too busy to talk I'll come and help you.The workers are so stressed, over worked and treated badly by frustrated customers, it's unfair. The amount of business they are loosing due to these things, should be noticed by corporate and they should do something about it.

One of the worst Taco Bell's ever. They've always been slow but at least your order would be correct. Last 3 times I used the app to order and every single time they messed up something super simple. No sour cream on my chalupa supreme? Pfft, have sour cream anyways! No cheese on your 5 layer burrito? Fine, we're just giving you beans then! What, you ordered nachos? Well enjoy this cup of cheese with no chips. It's incredible. It's like they hate their customers or something. I even wrote corporate asking for a refund after one of my orders was so screwed up, all I had was a chalupa with just meat and was too angry and exhausted to drive back over there. STILL haven't gotten a reply, let alone a refund. All I can say is if you're struggling to follow directions at Taco Bell.. holy cow, kids.. you're in for a VERY rough life. Will not return.

Once again this taco bell has screwed up another order. At least when the dining room was open you could fix the order before you left the counter. Now a 15minute to go through the drive through once the order is placed. And they still can't get it right.

Okay, other Taco Bells are hit or miss but THIS one is spot on. Friendly workers and the food is actually really good! I always get 2 nacho bell grandes because I know it's gonna be skimpy but not here. Wow, just wow.
